Replaced 31 years of OEMPlug cord in ZEPHYR750.
Recently, only the second cylinder became non-combustible and I changed to Ultra code.
The Ultra cord was a little longer than the OEM #2 cord, but I installed it at the same length without cutting it. I was able to get a good fit without too much sagging.
The other 1, 3, and 4 chords were JUST as long.
Silicon cord is soft and seems to be durable.
The power feeling is the same as normal.
This time I chose the Red code. The appearance became visually cool with vivid Red.

**There is a specification of the stock plug cord which has no plug head terminal (4mm screw) as shown in the following figure for the spark plug.
Please check the spark plug head before installation.Since brass plug head terminal is attached to our power plug cord, be sure to attach the plug head terminal to the spark plug head with pliers or the like before replacing the plug cord.

Ultra Silicone Power Plug Cord Features

Comparison with conventional products
・Conventional carbon cord
The carbon cord, which is widely used at present, has a resistance value of 16kΩ per 1m. Therefore, there is a difference in the resistance value depending on the length of the cable, which means that the resistance value is different for each cylinder.Moreover, the spark energy of the carbon cord becomes weaker because the resistance value changes with age, and the deterioration of the rubber material accelerates, causing cracks and leaks.
・Ultra Silicone Power Plug Cord
The flexibility of the copper multi-core wire makes it resistant to vibration fatigue and provides excellent durability over time.
