I used to use aluminum sprockets, but they were worn out so much that I had to replace them early. Z900rs 520 chain conversion 42, 43, 44 tooth?
My 3rd Sunstar sprocket. Stock 525 chain has 15 42 tooth gearing. Not happy with power delivery so tried 520 chain with15 43. Still needed a bit more in 3rd, so I installed 15 44. Now where talking. That is the stock gearing on its Z900 brother. I also installed the Z900 complete motor into my Z900RS with high compression heag gasket. With 130bhp and 44 tooth rear sprocket It is an absolutely wicked retro now :)
