As I use it daily up hill and lots of stop and go traffic, I chose the ST-1M. It is easy to install but this cam definitely needs tuning and the stock fuelling is not right. After tuning rides smooth, torque curve is also good. There is no sudden power surge.Only mods chimera short ram intake and TSR slip on pipe. Sprocket ratio 15/33.

The ST-1M camshaft was developed to bring out the performance of the "Standard Engine & Yoshimura Cyclone" for the GROM.
This is a bolt-on camshaft that replaces the stock camshaft and is used with fuel adjustment.
Both power and torque exceed the standard throughout the entire range, and acceleration is smooth and powerful right up to the rev limit.
