1. Carefully selected raw materials
・Virgin rubber is used to prevent cracking
No recycled rubber is used as a material in any TIMSUN tires.
The product is made of 50% high quality virgin rubber, and the ingredients are carefully blended down to the molecular level to provide both abrasion resistance and grip.
Especially for business bikes that are often used in harsh conditions, life and cost are also strongly demanded.

・Comparison of tire quality and rubber quality
The most important point to compare the quality of tires and rubber is the "tire hairs".
Many tire manufacturers have cut off the hairs because they look bad.
If you find a tire with hairs, please try to pull it.If they snap off easily, they are using regenerated rubber.
TIMSUN is tenacious and does not snap off easily.
This stickiness is achieved because the product is manufactured using only virgin rubber without using recycled rubber.

Fourth company in the world to obtain JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards)
In 2016, the company was assessed by the Japan Industrial Standards Committee (JIS) and obtained the JIS standard.This means that the production and quality control systems that TIMSUN has focused on have been rigorously examined and approved by the Japanese inspection agency.
Test items include performance and indication tests, and facilities for these tests are also a requirement for obtaining JIS certification.
