It is indispensable for out of print cars

All the Parts inside Carburetor are complete and satisfied with the quality well.
As a personal opinion I would like you to put out the Throttle spring which was discontinued.

The accuracy of Needle is very bad and Gasoline is dripping state. If Needle is alive, we recommend not using it but using OEM Parts Number In my case I bought a new OEM Parts Number part

KEYSTER Carburetor Fuel Adjustment Kit Is AWESOME

Yesterday I got my package from webike that would be Keyster Carburetor Fuel Adjustment Kit .This is very special product because it has includes everything anyone wanted to rebuild TDUB early modle carb.Very much idendical to the OEM quality .OEM Parts bit expensive but this kit has everything.According to the OEM PRICES THIS FUEL ADJUSTMENT KIT WAY MORE CHEAPER..I'm currently running oem 114 mainjet and 40 pilot jet and Pilot screw/air screw 1.5 turns from fully seated.according to the spark plug reading (chocalate brown color) that was a great choice.after I got this fuel adjustment kit I wanna try 112 mainjet and 110 main jet with the 37 pilot jet (lean condition).The kit comes with a paper sheet with everything written on it, so even though the sentences are in Japanese, the diagrams on the carb are easy to understand, even if you don't know Japanese..If anyone want to know the english version of this paper ,can download the english version from the keyster website.I would say great investment for the bike and very easy to installed.and will be a great experiment.WEBIKE Shop is one of the best shop for buy finest quality and rare products for cheap prices.webike shop offers great service.so anyone can buy product with confident. webike packaging is awesome.they secure the items inside the box with the bubble (doesn't matter the product size,they do it anyway ) wrap for further protection.I highly recommended.WEBIKE.. awesome people and 5star shop. .Thank You !!

High cost performance, and fun setting... maybe!

I used it to wake up a friend of mine's DF200 DJEBEL, 4 years old!
Fortunately, the fuel in the carburetor and tank had been completely drained when the car was put into hibernation, so there was no internal corrosion.
I've gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that the key Star Quantity:Since we had purchased a set, we replaced the parts that could be changed, and the carburetor body was thoroughly inspected and cleaned.
As a result, the Engine started up perfectly.
Needle valve set (Float valveassy) +&alpha. when bought together with OEM Parts;
You can only buy about PJ, MJ, and JN, which can be swung even thicker or thinner, are the various Quantities:It is also nice to be Set.
In this case, we assembled the OEM's number for a full normal body.

As mentioned above, high cost performance.
The machining accuracy is as good as its reputation.
The Brand logo is cute. (I think Sticker used to be bundled …)
The Jet engraving is Smaller than OEM, but easy to read. I can't read it with my naked eye anymore, so I'm sweating with my phone zoomed in Large.

Since Air Jet's number was different between Kit and the current car, Kit's AJ was not used.
⇒ Spec. changes due to year, etc.? You should check the number of Jet you removed.
The material or finish of the Main nozzle and Needle is different from OEMMikuni. If you don't mind, it's OK.
The filter design on the Needle Valve is a bit different.

I used to be a mechanic for a motorcycle dealer and have done carburetor OH countless times.
Let me speak a bit from that experience. ↓
One example of many DIYcarburetor cleaning failures is Case, which completes the Overhaul with only Jet-related cleaning.
In fact, there are not only the Jet, but also the Idol port, the main nozzle, the Starter system fuel passage, the small passages around the air screw or Pilot screw, the O-ring, the diaphragm of the air cut valve, and many other small and important passages. By understanding the structure of the carburetor and cleaning each passage completely, a perfect carburetor can be made.
It is also important to check the oil level. If the oil level is low, it will be thin like when you are about to run out of gas, and if the oil level is high, it will be thick, increasing the risk of overflow.


I think it's fun and good to repeat the experience over and over again to improve your skills, but it's not a good idea.
The fuel system is deep and difficult, so if you are not confident about the carburetor's Overflow, it may be better to consult a trusted Shop.
