It is essential for ETC installation.
I bought it with the installation of integrated type ETC.
There are multiple Joints, so you can fine-tune installation and adjustment.
I also attach a Guard in the Handlebar part of SEROW so install it
I have done this because I have few parts, but I can set it alright.
I actually used it at high speed but it can be used without problems.

Installation and removal can be done easily.
It is NORMAL for Inch and it holds the Spacer and attaches to StandardHandlebar.
I feel disturbing because it is Large and Large pattern.
In any case the current price is a bit cheaper.
It may have been good when the ETC started..

The finishing of the product is good. Good string holder . Screws are provided. Only worry is whether it will rust in time to come. After fitting, it feels secure and does not move around. Recommend to get a rubber lining on handle bar before tightening the clamp to protect against damage . The base plate should fit most device. Otherwise you can drill holes on it.
