Learn more about the work
1) Raise the rear tire on the maintenance stand.
2) Spray the chain degreaser on the chain and allow it to penetrate for 3 minutes.
3) Scrub with a brush to remove the dirt.
4) Rinse with water. If the stain is not removed, repeat steps 2 to 3.
5) Dab off any water droplets and wipe them away with a rag.
6) Spray the chain lube on all the chain's sealing parts. At this time, spray the seal part of the inner frame with the chain lube as well.
7) Lightly turn the tire by hand to wipe off any excess chain rubs.
8) Wipe up any chain lube or other debris that may have been scattered around, and lower the maintenance stand to completion.
Advice
If you can turn the rear tire, you can work on it easily. If you work with the engine running, you may get seriously injured if you get your hands caught in it, so be sure to turn off the engine. It is recommended that you use markers to help you find the starting point when cleaning and lubricating.
If you have access to water, this combination is very easy and clean. This chain lube is water displacement, so you won't have to worry about rust. If you work every 500km, your chain will last longer and you'll have less power loss. If you clean the wheels as well, you'll be very satisfied with the way they look and feel.
