The TT100GP Radial is modeled after the legendary TT100GP tire of yesteryear, but with modern technology to make it radial. Neoclassicism has become a huge trend in recent years, and now it's finally making its way to tires!
In this issue, I'll be taking the TT100GP radial to the track to give my review of this neo-classic motorcycle! Of course, it looks great on the Z900RS, but this time I've got some pictures of it on the XSR and other neo-classic motorcycle!

What kind of tire is the TT100GP?
The TT100GP Radial is the perfect radial tire for neoclassic vehicles that have become a big hit in recent years. The TT100GP has a long history and has been supported by many old motorcycle owners and custom users with its traditional pattern in modern times, originating from the TT100 that played an active role in the Isle of Man TT race in 1969. The TT100GP radial is a neo-classic tire that has been developed so that the legendary tires of Dunlop's iconic past can be used with confidence on the latest neo-classic motorcycles.

Left: Conventional bias TT100GP; Right: TT100GP radial
It is not simple to convert the TT100GP, which was originally bias, to radial because of the difference in tread rigidity. At first glance, the pattern looks like the TT100GP, but when you put the radial and bias models together this time
You can see the evolution in quite a few areas. It's a true neo-classic!
The tire chosen as the base for the radialization is the GPR-300, which is popular for its linear handling and good ground feel.

Neutral and uncomplicated ride
I took it for a test ride right away!
The ride quality is the same as the base GPR-300, with no habits, making it a very easy tire to ride. If you have this kind of ride, you can handle anything from city riding to long touring.
This test ride was done on a Z900RS, but since it was on a circuit, I tried to ride it a little faster! I didn't expect it to perform that well, but it grips better than I expected. Even if I flew a little bit, I was able to turn naturally without going off the line I was aiming for. Shock absorption against road gaps was also excellent, and even when there were longitudinal grooves caused by cracks in the corners, the tire didn't give us a sense of fear at all. It's even better than I imagined, and if you're going to take it for a spin on a winding road, you won't feel any lack of grip or ride quality.

TT100GP radial after riding
One word to describe my review after the test ride, "It's so easy to ride."! I don't feel any lack of grip at the start of the ride, which is often the case with high-grip tires, and I can still drive well on winding roads. And the design is good.
It's a neo-classic motorcycle that can handle everything from city riding to touring. An all-rounder that can do it all and is easy to ride is probably the perfect tire for you.
Does the TT100GP look pretty good on the XSR900?
Most people tend to focus on the look of the TT100GP radial with the Z900RS, but it also looks great on the XSR and CB1100!
- Z900RS
- XSR900
- CB1100RS
It looks just like the original one. Many tires these days are so focused on performance that they don't fit the classic look. Good design for neo-classic like TT100GP radial! Good performance! I'm sure many users have been waiting for this tire.
- XSR900
- CB1100RS
Even from the rear! Looks good on it! It's not the same design as the TT100GP of yesteryear, but with a modern touch that makes it look so good.
Tires are also an important custom part
Many riders think that tires are just consumable item, but they are not. Tires vary greatly in ride quality and characteristics due to differences in groove design, compound and profile. It's like custom parts when the tires you install change the performance!
The design of the grooves, which is the face of the tire, is visible from the outside. It is also an exterior part that greatly changes the image of the vehicle it is installed on.
- TT100GP Radial
The design of the TT100GP radial that I have been reviewing is also designed with that custom element in mind. The result is a tire that matches the look and feel of modern neo-classic motorcycles.
I'd have to go with TT100GP radials for tires on my neo-classic motorcycle!
