The size is 1000cc Super Sports size of "F: 120/70-17" "R:190/55-17".

1. Remove the wheel
- ① First, loosen the axle nut
- ② Pull out the axle shaft
- ③ Missing it!
- ④ Remove chain and caliper
- ⑤ Pull out the wheel slowly
- ⑥ Disconnected! It is surprisingly easy.
Point of work!
The rear axle nut is tightened with considerably strong torque.
For that reason, it uses a long spinner handlebar that is efficiently applied.
It is recommended to have a size of 12.7sq. because it increases the socket used.
In addition, let's hook the chain and the rear caliper to the swing arm as shown in the picture (*Please note to scratches.)
2. Remove the Tire
1: First remove the valve core by core driver and remove the air.
It became possible to drop the beads as the air escaped.
- ① Pull out the valve core with core driver
- ② The air exhausted at once, when the valve core is pulled out
2: Then drop the bead with the bead breaker.
- ③ Drop a bead with a bead breaker
- ④ Don't have that much power.
3: Remove the tire from the wheel with the tire lever.
- ① Attach the rim guard so as not to scratch the rim
- ② Remove the tire lever in the gap between the tire and the wheel
- ③ Use multiple levers.
- ④ Remove the other side while holding it on the knee
- ⑤ After turning it up to half it can be removed by hand
- ⑥ Remove the reverse side in the same way

3. Tire on
1: Apply bead cream on the tire!
Then check the direction of rotation of the tire.
- ① Apply bead cream to the bead of the tire to improve slippage
- ② Also apply bead cream on the rim of the wheel
- ③ Make sure to check the direction of rotation of the tire before installation!
- ④ Initially push in manually!
- ⑤ You can fit in manually if you paint a bead cream.
- ⑥ Work on a reserve way when removing it using the tire lever.
- ⑦ Be careful not to scratch the rim
- ⑧ Finally fit in manually!
- ⑨ The tire can be mounted on the wheel with this!
4. Put air in and raise the bead
And put the air until it will sound, as soon as the left and right beads are mounted!
Finally, attach the valve core and adjust to the proper air pressure.
- ① Put air in without adding valve core, And when it sounds twice, it means that the bead has gone up
- ② Lastly add a valve core and adjust to the proper air pressure
4. Balance
Check the heavy part of the tire using a balancer.
Mark the vertex when turning it appropriate because the normal and heavy parts goes downward.
Almost wheels since the valve part tends to be the heavy part.
The balance will be evenly distributed if you know the light part of the tire and if making a part of the valve.

* Some manufacturers have a mark on the light point of the tire.

Attach the weight by temporary fixation, and level the light and heavy part.

5. Attach the wheel to the motorcycle
1. Grease up before installation
It is a great chance to grease up everywhere.
Let's go even during seizure, intallation and rust inhibition!
- Put grease on the wheel bearing
- Put grease also on the axle shaft.
- The grease stick out with a kitchen.
2. Attach the wheel to the motorcycle in the reverse order when removing it.
- ① It is easy to install by supporting with a foot
- ② Be careful not to hurt
- ③ Pass the axle shaft.
- ④ Do not forget the washer
- ⑤ Tighten the nut using the preset torque
6. Front-Extra Edition-
The detail is omitted because the front disk is basically the same but it requires big hexagon.
It is good even in socket but this is recommended as there are various of sizes!
