On July 3, Harley-Davidson Japan released the Japanese version of the 2025 model "Breakout" and "Lowrider ST". On the day, a press conference was held on the second floor of Roppongi Hills Hillside in Tokyo, where former Japanese national soccer team player Atsuto Uchida appeared as a guest and repeatedly said "cool" from the user's perspective. The presentation took place at the location where a weekend-only pop-up cafe was opened for three days from the following day.
At the presentation, President Kazufumi Tamaki took to the stage and explained the features of both models. The Breakout is a custom cruiser with a low and long chopper style and a wide 240mm rear tire. Since its first announcement in 2012, it has been following the origins of custom cruisers and has been decorated with chrome parts, inheriting the tradition of HD, and is said to be popular with many users in the Japanese market.
The Lowrider ST is the first to be announced in 2022, and is a relatively new cruiser among HD models. It is based on the Lowrider and is equipped with a unique fairing and side cases, incorporating the custom culture of the West Coast of the U.S. The company also explained the functions, specifications, and features of both models.

Uchida appeared as a guest and unveiled both new models with President Tamaki. Uchida was in a state of eagerness to buy when he saw both new models. He said that he wanted the HD and had already visited the dealer to check them out. However, he didn't have a large motorcycle license, so he was eager to get one as soon as possible. President Tamaki gave Uchida a leather jacket as a present, and Uchida had a big smile on his face, as his desire to buy was further heightened.
The venue was set up as the "HARLEY-DAVIDSON Café" on the weekends of July 4th to 6th, and a press preview and tasting session were also held at the same time. The café was designed to provide an opportunity for people enjoying the streets of Roppongi to experience the HD while taking a break. The menu included limited items such as Harley Latte and Harley Cheeseburger.
