What’s New in the Latest DUCATI Naked & Cruiser Edition?

DUCATI is not only active in MotoGP, but is also expanding its lineup from sports motorcycles to adventure motorcycles and cruisers. We will introduce the naked and cruiser models from Ducati's 2025 lineup.

Traditional Sports Naked "Monster/+/SP"

Ducati's historic sports naked "Monster" series, whose first model debuted in 1993, was changed in 2020 from the previous steel trellis frame to the current design, which uses an aluminum front frame. The engine is the latest 937cc Testastretta 11°, which produces a maximum output of 111 PS/9250 rpm and a maximum torque of 93 Nm/6500 rpm. The transmission is equipped with Ducati Quick Shift Up/Down, and electronic controls such as cornering ABS, traction control, and wheelie control are also standard equipment. The power mode can be switched between three types, high, medium, and low, as needed, and a 4.3-inch color TFT display, LED headlights and turn signals, etc. are adopted. The "Monster +" equipped with a windscreen and rear seat cover, and the "Monster SP" equipped with Ohlins NIX30 forks, Termignoni silencers, Brembo Stylema front calipers, etc. are also available.

The Monster series has undergone a dramatic evolution, moving from the traditional steel trellis frame to an aluminum frame in the fourth generation.

Casual and Sporty "Scrambler ICON/ICON DARK/FULL THROTTLE/NIGHTSHIFT"

The new generation "Scrambler" series, which began production in 2015 with the motif of the "Scrambler" released in 1962, was fully remodeled into the current model in 2023. The power unit is an air-cooled desmodromic 2-valve 803cc, generating a maximum output of 73PS/8250rpm and a maximum torque of 65.2Nm/7000rpm. The chassis is a specially designed steel trellis frame combined with a KYB 41mm diameter inverted front fork and a monoshock with preload adjustment mechanism. The transmission can be equipped with an optional quick shifter, dual channel cornering ABS, traction control, two riding modes, "Road" and "Sport". The lineup includes the standard "ICON", the all-black finished "ICON DARK", the flat tracker-inspired "FULL THROTTLE", and the classical "NIGHTSHIFT".

"Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro" equipped with an air-oil-cooled Desmo 1100

The Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro is equipped with an old SS-series air-oil-cooled desmodromic 2-valve 1079cc engine, making it the most massive model in the history of the Scrambler. This power unit produces a maximum output of 88 PS/7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 88 Nm/4750 rpm, and is mounted on a chassis that combines a steel trellis frame with Ohlins front and rear suspension and a Brembo brake system with cornering ABS, achieving a sporty and high-quality ride. The electronic control system's ride-by-wire and inertial platform provide high levels of active safety and performance, and three riding modes and traction control provide optimal control under various riding conditions. The design is also very distinctive, with an up-type exhaust system and headlights with a black metal "X" designed inside, inspired by the tape that was attached to headlights in the 1970s.

Performance Cruiser "Diavel V4"

The Diavel V4, equipped with a 1158cc "V4 Gran Turismo" engine that produces 168PS and adopts a massive design, is the latest model in the "Diavel" series that has opened up new Ducati users. The frame is the latest aluminum monocoque structure, and combines a 50mm diameter fully adjustable fork at the front and a fully adjustable shock + aluminum single-sided swingarm at the rear. The body is designed low, and the overall image is cruiser-like, but the footpegs are mid-positioned, so it also supports sporty riding. It is equipped with the latest electronic control systems such as Ducati Traction Control EVO 2, Ducati Wheelie Control EVO, Ducati Power Launch EVO, and Ducati Quick Shift Up/Down EVO 2. It is equipped with the latest electronics package based on a 6-axis inertial platform and has four riding modes: Sport, Touring, Urban, and Wet.

Luxury Cruiser "XDiavel V4"

The XDiavel V4 is equipped with the V4 Gran Turismo engine and has a completely new design. While the basic components such as the engine, chassis, and electronic control are shared with the Diavel V4, the design of each part has been changed, including the headlight, tank, seat, and even the exhaust system. The overall design is more cruiser-like, and the coloring is also more particular, with the main color being a dedicated "Burning Red" instead of "Ducati Red". In terms of position, the seat height is set low at 770mm, and the adoption of a forward step makes it relaxed like a cruiser. The suspension is equipped with a fully adjustable inverted front fork with a diameter of 50mm at the front and a fully adjustable monoshock at the rear, and the swingarm is an aluminum single-arm type. The wheel travel is 120mm at the front and 145mm at the rear, which is 25mm longer than the previous model, improving comfort for the rider and passenger.
