This attractive exterior kit was announced by Holy Moly Motorcycles, a custom motorcycle shop in Lisbon, Portugal. The shop had previously been building custom vehicles based on the Tenere 700 to compete in rallies. However, during a race, the bike fell over and was destroyed, damaging the rally tower. This prompted the concept of making the Tenere 700 simpler and more retro. The custom machine completed prior to the kit is fitted with a square headlight reminiscent of the original Tenere XT600 from 1983, a voluminous big tank-style fairing and up fenders. It also comes with parts such as a titanium full exhaust system, skid plate, and Takasago Excel rims.

The color and style model is the first-generation Tenere XT600 from 1983.
The STD Tenere 700 also has a new blue color modeled after this model, but the kit makes it even more retro.
This time, the exterior kit will be released, allowing you to recreate the look of this custom machine yourself. The kit includes a front fender, headlight unit, radiator guard, tank cover, monitor display mount, license plate holder, etc., and allows you to significantly change the style from the standard. In addition, by replacing the genuine parts, you can expect to reduce the weight by about 10 kg, and each part is bolt-on and can be installed by general users. Four color variations have been announced so far, but all of them are heritage colors in line with the context of Yamaha's adventure models. There is no doubt that the silhouette will be convincing to rally fans from the 1980s!
