Streetfighter models remain popular in Europe, and Honda's CB1000 Hornet was announced just the other day. Suzuki's GSX-S1000 debuted in 2014 with an aluminum frame and an engine tuned for low and medium speeds based on the K5-type GSX-R1000 engine.
A full model change was made in 2021, and it is equipped with S.I.R.S. (Suzuki Intelligent Ride System). The power mode selector installed in the SDMS (Suzuki Drive Mode Selector) allows the output characteristics to be adjusted to three levels: A (active), B (basic), and C (comfort). In addition, traction control can be selected from five levels, allowing the rider to customize it to their liking, and a quick shifter that supports both up and down shifts is also equipped, allowing for a more sporty ride. In terms of looks, the bike features a two-lamp LED headlight with a vertical stacking design, following the design of the subsequent GSX-8 series.

The 2025 model GSX-S1000 is equipped with a color TFT LCD multi-information display, and some colors have been changed.
The biggest topic of the 2025 model FSX-S1000 is the adoption of a 5-inch color TFT LCD multi-information display on the instrument panel. This new instrument panel is already implemented in the European specification, and displays an analog tachometer and a digital speedometer, as well as fuel system, voltage system, water temperature gauges, etc. It also displays traction control and SDMS modes. The sister vehicle, the GSX-S1000GT, is equipped with a larger 6.5-inch color TFT LCD multi-information display, which can be connected to a smartphone to display functions such as phone calls and maps, but the 5-inch version of the GSX-S1000 does not have this function.

The color TFT LCD multi-information display does not have a smartphone linking function that displays information necessary for driving in an easily visible manner even while riding.
The coloring is "Triton Blue Metallic," "Matte Sword Silver Metallic," and "Glass Sparkle Metallic," and the names are the same as the current model. However, while the current model has red shrouds and tail cowl in "Matte Sword Silver Metallic," the 2025 model will be changed to blue and the wheels will also be changed from black to blue. The price will be changed from the current $8715.40 (excluding tax) to 1370000 (excluding tax), and will be released on October 25, 2024.

The "Matte Sword Silver Metallic" model has the color of the shroud and wheels changed to blue.

The color "Triton Blue Metallic" is a carryover color inspired by Suzuki's works color.

The carryover "Glass Sparkle Metallic" can be summed up simply.
