BMW Motorrad has announced the release of the 2024 S1000R.
The redesigned model features four riding mode selections, Dynamic Engine Brake Control (DTC), and Dynamic Cruise Control (DCC). Aggressive riding performance has been improved.
The product was released last Wednesday, November 15, 2023, with prices starting at (approx.) 13510 USD.

S1000RR-based street fighter with enhanced electronic equipment
Lafour-cylinder engine used in the supersport S1000RR. Displacement is 999 cc, maximum output is 165 PS (121 kW)/11,000 rpm, and power in the mid-range has been enhanced for street use. The 4 to 6-speed gear ratios have been changed to special settings.
The vehicle's weight is kept to a lightest class figure of 204 kg, and it is equipped with 6-axis sensors and an anti-wheelie function. For the Japanese market, ETC2.0 and heated grips are standard, enhancing everyday convenience.
For the 2024 model year, engine specs and electronic controls have been added, and graphics have undergone minor changes. New features include Riding Mode Pro with four modes: "Rain," "Road," "Dynamic," and "Dynamic Pro." Dynamic Engine Brake Control and Dynamic Cruise Control are also provided, which suppresses abrupt braking by engine braking when the throttle is suddenly closed, and cruising functions have been enhanced for comfortable cruising. The new model is also available in two graphic colors, Black Storm Metallic and Bluestone Metallic.

Prices will vary depending on the color, with the "Black Storm Metallic" priced at (approx.) 13510 USD and the "Bluestone Metallic" at (approx.) 13787 USD.
