Honda has announced the domestic release of the 2023 model of the 250cc class light motorcycle scooter FORZA. The styling, including the headlight and instrument panel, has been significantly changed from the previous model in accordance with the overseas specifications that were released earlier. It complies with the latest emission regulations and comes in a lineup of new colors. It will go on sale on December 22, 2022, at a price of (approx.) 5040 USD.

Twin-lens headlights revived. No change in specifications

First introduced in 2000, the Forza was a model that gained great popularity amid the big scooter craze of the time. It was characterized by its twin-lens headlight and 13-inch front wheel, and variant models such as the Forza Z and Forza Si were also sold. In 2018, the standard Forza model was revived, with a sportier silhouette and more equipment such as an electric screen and accessories.

While there are no changes from the previous model in terms of specifications, the headlights and other silhouettes have evolved significantly in this model change. This is shared with the already announced overseas-specification Forza 300, with the headlights, which have been a single-lens type since the 2018 model year, reverting to a full-LED twin-lens type. The taillights are also newly designed with a mountainous shape. The instrumentation is analog and digital as before, but the indicator layout has been revised and a bar graph fuel gauge has been added. The LCD monitor has been enlarged, and a light-guiding ring has been adopted around the speedometer and tachometer for a premium exterior appearance.

It will be available in two color variations, pearl smoky gray and matte gunpowder black metallic, with an annual sales volume of 2,800 units. The release date is announced as December 22, 2022, and the price is (approx.) 5040 USD, a 240 USD increase from the previous model.
