Functions

It minimizes the damage to the radiator caused by pebbles rolled up from the front tires and the clogging of the radiator fins caused by airborne dust. A fine mesh pattern in the center, where wind-up tends to concentrate, provides reliable protection.

The sides are coarsely patterned for ventilation. The aperture ratio is designed in consideration of both cooling efficiency and protection performance.

Design

A high-precision hexagonal (tortoise-shell) mesh pattern is adopted by an etching process. The YOSHIMURA logo is placed in the center of the beautiful mesh that draws YOSHIMURA's original "Y line" in a simple and not too assertive design. It has a dress-up element and practicality.

YOSHIMURA original mesh pattern increases the opening area by about 11% on both sides and about 26% in the center compared to the general hexagonal mesh pattern. It provides excellent protection while ensuring a cooling effect.

Quality

Stainless steel (SUS304) is used, which is resistant to aging and rust. Board thickness t=0.8 mm to ensure durability despite its lightweight. In addition, this product is laser marked with a serial number (QR code) as proof of high performance and high quality.
