SUZUKI celebrated its 100th anniversary on March 15 and launched the lightweight, high-performance GSX-R125 ABS Supersports in a special color motif on July 3.

The special color motif is based on the GSX-RR, which competes in the 2020 FIM* Road Race World Championship MotoGP class with Team SUZUKI ECSTAR.

The GSX-R125 ABS is the entry-level model of the GSX-R series of mopeds, a fun motorcycle for beginners and young riders alike, which combines the high output 124cm3 liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, DOHC engine with a lightweight, compact chassis that is both relaxed and exciting. It offers a sense of acceleration like no other, and the joy of driving in all situations, from city driving to winding roads.

The full-cowl styling is a reminiscent to the GSX-R series, with large 17-inch wheels and petal-shaped brake discs on the front and rear wheels, as well as ABS as standard equipment. Other convenient features include Suzuki's Easy Start System, which starts the engine with a single push of the starter switch without holding it down.

The main change is the availability of the special 100th anniversary color. Specifications and the price remain unchanged.
