Gift from Parent to Child: YAMAHA XSR900 Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "YAMAHA XSR900" custom by Webike community user "RedInu Racing Project". The owner purchased this XSR900 to celebrate his son's acquisition of a large motorcycle license. The exhaust is equipped with Akrapovic's Racing Line. This high-performance exhaust is also used in the racing scene. It is lighter than the stock exhaust, and while the volume is modest, it resonates with a deep and robust bass sound. The owner describes it as a musical instrument-like sound. On the steps, he has installed OVER's rearsets, finished in silver anodized aluminum, with four adjustable positions. He has fitted the radiator guard with an ETCHING FACTORY product. This results in a finish that balances cooling efficiency and protection, and the owner has full confidence in the outcome. A YAMAHA Europe radiator cover has also been installed, enhancing the appearance from the sides. Furthermore, front and rear axle sliders have been added to safeguard the sprockets and brake calipers. The engine features OVER sliders and GB Racing covers to comprehensively protect against damage during falls. An OHLINS rear shock absorber has been installed, and DAYTONA LED turn signals have been added both front and rear. For the exterior, he has attached a Y's Gear's aluminum seat cowl, and combined it with FUNNY’s Custom Service's single seat cover and side cover kit. The most significant modifications were made around the handlebars. First, the ZETA Pilot Handlebar (clip-on) was installed, offering a high degree of flexibility in riding positions, making it suitable for street and touring purposes. Additionally, Pilot Lever Sets and Flight Lever Guards have been added, contributing to vibration control and lever position adjustments. A TANAX Napoleon AZ Mirror has also been fitted, characterized by its design, visibility, and wide range of motion. Cables and brackets have also been customized to align with the owner's preferences.
