Genuine Suzuki Upper Case for GSX-R750 2002

After a heavy hit from a rock in the road the lower case for the speedo got a bit of damage and needed to be replaced. The best and probably only website I thought would have these in stock was Webike. So my search commenced. Finding the right case was not too difficult as I used the tools Webike provide and cross referenced with Suzuki schematics for this. Luckily, at the time, Webike had a 5% off OEM Suzuki parts for this model which worked out really good value for me as I could not source one locally. The price was however a lot cheaper than if I could source locally so a win win. I did have a few other parts I needed to order for various bike so this was part of that. The shipping courier I use is EMS as they just get your orders to you fast. From the day the order was shipped, it arrived with me in 5 days, you cannot get much better than that. The entire order was very well packaged and any smaller parts were bubble wrapped separately. The lower case for this bike was pretty easy to remove so that was not an issue. The new case was in the Suzuki packaging and was well protected during transit. The quality of the case was exceptional and all the edges were not sharp or had any additional plastic from the moulding process. Upon testing the fit, it was a little tight in spots but once you start to screw them down, the fit was perfect. This bike came in and needed a new clutch cable. Upon checking, these were very hard to get hold of in the UK but Webike had the correct cables needed. Absolutely fantastic price, well less than half what they are in the UK from genuine Honda parts dealer. Unfortunately though, the Suzuki dealer in the UK could not give an estimate of when they would be able to get the parts needed. Not an issue with Webike. As these were part of a larger order with other parts, the shipping was brilliant, not expensive and not too cheap, express delivery is what I went for. From ordering all the different parts in the order to being delivered to my door was literally just over a week. Including a weekend and the wait time for Webike to source the parts from the different manufacturers. How good is that. Upon receipt, the box was perfect and as Webike package all these very well indeed, nothing was damaged. There was also another layer of padding on top. What more can you ask for.The cable came in it's own Honda packet and was in perfect condition when it arrived. The lug was secure, the cable nicely lubricated so slide through the guide outer easily. Fitting is not difficult on an off road bike as not really much gets in the way. I could have bought some aftermarket part that may or may not fit correctly. I decided, stock OEM was the best way to go. At least I would know it fitted as it should. Finding the part was relatively easy and straightforward. The shipping was really good and along with other parts for tis bike. Was really fast and was deliverd in just under a week.All parts were very well packed out so no damage. This classic bike came in for a few small parts that needed changing due to age related issues. The owner wanted to keep the bike as genuine as possible. One of the parts that was a little bit old and not good looking was the rear flasher stay. The old one had lost all of the black glossy paint which it originally came with. Finding the right part number for this was easier than I expected it to be. With the help of Yamaha schematics I found what I was looking for. On checking Webike website, the part was actually available and in stock in the warehouse. Great news. The price was as expected and very reasonable. Shipping was low cost using EMS and the order arrived in 7 days. The stay unit came in a see through Yamaha packet and was also inside a bubble wrap envelope. No damage to any of it. The stay itself is a stunning part, the glossy black is super shiny and both the mount holes are perfect. Quality wise, I could not ask for anything better. I wanted to make this little bike more presentable and a lot of the consumable parts were looking old and in need of some tlc. One of the parts that was bothering me was the kick lever cover which was worn through and hanging off. Time for a new one. Not a hard part to find as this cover does fit a lot of Yamaha models from early 70's all the way through to the newer small kids bikes. Once I found the right part number, I checked Webike website and found a really good deal for it. With some other parts for this bike already in my basket, I got them all shipped together to save money on the shipping fees. In a matter of 7 days the order arrived. The cover lever was packaged really well, it came in the standard Yamaha packaging and inside a bubble wrap envelope too. The cover itself is a moulded rubber one that is well made. The moulding is accurate and there were no extra pieces of rubber hanging off which just shows the top quality of the genuine Yamaha part. Fitting is easy as it is literally a push on fit, a tiny bit of brake cleaner helped this to be put in situ easier. I had been looking to spruce up this Monkey when it came in with a genuine Honda Monkey emblem on the left panel of the bike. Yes, I could get them printed at a local store but why do that when you can get hold of the genuine Honda ones as cheap as this. Not a hard part to find once you know the size you need and a rough model of bike that this is for. This was the side panel emblem which did not need to be the exact same as the other side as I was also buying the right hand side anyway. Along with the right hand side decal and some other parts, all shipped together by EMS and delivered in 7 days. Everything in the package was packed neatly and securely and these were kept flat as you don't want bent emblems. They look super slick and crisp edges makes the world of difference. This genuine Honda Monkey emblem is a gorgeous black outer edge with accents of red to go with the bike's colour scheme, the inner is crisp white. It is a flat but slightly gel looking decal/emblem and all the colours are super clean too perfect. I have had some in the past for other bikes that look slightly grey on the black part but not these, perfect match for the bike colour scheme. Now this is on, the bike looks like a proper machine. This was a part that needed changing on the FZ1 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Yamaha parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 5 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped and was not sitting right. This new one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Yamaha packaging. Fitting is easy, the filter is not doing what it is supposed to do and the bike does sound better for it.
