Please do not install aftermarket H.I.D kit or other company's LED headlight or fog lamp at the same time.Some ballasts/inverters (voltage converters) emit high-voltage noise that adversely affects digital circuits, causing product failure or malfunction.
Do not use with other aftermarket ignition devices (ignition coils and plug cords) because they may cause malfunction or product failure due to increased radiated noise caused by rise in ignition voltage.
Do not use with other aftermarket power generators because they may cause malfunctions due to insufficient power generation or differences in voltage waveforms.
Please refrain from installing high-power mobile radio equipment such as amateur radios, as they may cause malfunctions.
Do not install the headlight ON/OFF switch at the same time.

■R-stage Big Bore & Stroke Kit 106cc
■R stage cylinder head
SP Takegawa's original cylinder head was developed by optimizing the valve pinching angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape in conjunction with the adoption of large bore valves.
The port diameter of the stock head is 20mm for both IN and EX, while the port diameter of the R stage head is 20mm for IN: 24mm /EX:Larger diameter of 20mm.
In addition, the adoption of a 3-dimensional port shape, combined with the larger diameter of the valve and port, makes it possible for more intake and exhaust gases to flow smoothly.
While the stock valve is IN: 20mm/EX:16mm, the R-stage head valve is IN: 26mm/EX:22.5mm, for a larger diameter.
The weight increase due to the larger diameter of the valve is kept to a minimum by waist machining.(Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.5mm)
Valve springs - Unequal pitch (dual pitch) single valve springs are used to prevent surging at high RPM.

■Cylinder
All aluminum ceramic plated cylinders.It is a cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat radiation.The cylinder is equipped with a boss for oil extraction, and SP Takegawa's oil cooler kit (under development) can be installed.
■Piston
The piston is made of forged aluminum and machined elaborately to be lightweight yet highly rigid.
■Increased stroke crankshaft (50mm stroke)
It has been balance cut drastically to reduce vibration and improve pickup, and the weight has been reduced.Special bearings are used for the journals where the stress of the crankshaft is concentrated, and the shaft diameter has been increased from the stock 20mm to 22mm.This has increased the strength.
■Big throttle body kit Φ24
No cowl or wiring modifications are required. Just replace the stock throttle body and the output performance will be improved!!!
Output performance in the high rpm range is improved, and engine performance can be obtained without stress.This product may malfunction if installed in motorcycles with engine specifications other than those specified.
■High-capacity fuel injector (G-4)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for motorcycles equipped with SP Takegawa's S-stage Big Bore Kit, R-stage Big Bore Kit, and Big Throttle Body.The stock fuel injectors cannot inject enough fuel for the increased intake air volume, so large-capacity injectors are required.This product may malfunction if installed in motorcycles with engine specifications other than those specified.
■Air filter
Remove the stock air cleaner box and install it in the throttle body.Stock leg shields can be installed without modification!!!
The intake efficiency is greatly improved and the power output can be increased at high rpm.The filter is equipped with a connector so that it can be connected to the breather hose.
■Drive sprocket 16T ( Steel )
The reduction ratio can be adjusted to increase the power output.With cutouts and heat treatment to enhance durability.
■Hyper ECU: rev limit is 10500 rpm
The hyper ECU controls everything, unlike the conventional performance chip that uses the stock ECU.
Since the installation of big bore kits and exhaust parts can cause a significant deviation from the ideal air-fuel ratio, a hyper ECU must be installed to compensate fuel injection timing.
The Hyper ECU has several built-in setting data sets for SP Takegawa's custom parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify the setting data according to your engine specifications with a simple switch.
There is no need for a PC, smartphone, Internet connection, etc, as the setting can simply be done by switch operation.The 14 preset maps can be used for a wide range of custom bikes, including ones with stock engines and SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts, and those with SP Takegawa custom engines and SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts.
In addition, a fuel adjustment function that can increase or decrease the overall fuel level in the range of -9% to +9% is built in.(Adjustable in 1% increments)
You can disable the rev limiter as well.
