Product Configuration
The Hyper S-stage Big Bore Kit includes the S-stage Big Bore Kit with Hyper ECU, Big Throttle Body Kit Φ24, High Capacity Fuel Injectors (G-4), Air Filter Kit, Spark Plug, and Drive Sprocket 16T.
**Exclusively for bikes equipped with SP Takegawa custom parts.
*Do not use in combination with engine parts made by other manufacturers.Failure to do so may result in engine malfunction or failure.
*Do not install an aftermarket H.I.D kit, or LED headlights or fog lamps made by other companies at the same time.Some ballasts/inverters (voltage converters) emit high-voltage noise that adversely affects digital circuits, causing product failure or malfunction.
*Do not use aftermarket ignition devices (ignition coils and plug cords) because they may cause malfunction or product failure due to increased radiated noise caused by increased ignition voltage.
*Do not use aftermarket power generators because they may cause malfunctions due to insufficient power generation or differences in voltage waveforms.
*Please refrain from installing high-power mobile radio equipment such as amateur radios, as they may cause malfunctions.
*Do not install a headlight ON/OFF switch at the same time.

■S-stage big bore kit 88cc (sports camshaft included)
It is a big bore kit that can change the displacement from the stock 50cc to 88cc by changing the cylinder and piston.By installing the FI-CON TYPE-e (Injection Controller) at the same time, you can achieve a torquey output characteristic that is different from stock.
The cylinder is an all aluminum ceramic cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation.
Bore diameter 52mm, stroke 41.4mm (stock), compression ratio 11.51
The cylinder is equipped with an oil outlet to the oil cooler.We recommend combining this product with the SP Takegawa oil cooler kit.If you wish not to install an oil cooler, please use the supplied oil plug bolts.Since the SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor can be installed on this oil plug bolt, you can measure the temperature by purchasing a thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor) separately.
■Sports Camshaft
(For bikes equipped with SP Takegawa Big Bore Kit and FI-CON TYPE-e)
The sports camshaft is designed with the optimum profile to maximize the performance of the stock cylinder head when equipped with the S-stage big bore kit.
■Big throttle body kit Φ24
No cowl or wiring modifications are required. Just replace the stock throttle body and the output performance will be improved!!!
It improves the engine performance at high rpm and provides a stress-free experience that you will not find with the stock throttle body.
This product may malfunction if installed in motorcycles with engine specifications other than those specified.
■High-capacity fuel injector (G-4)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for motorcycles equipped with SP Takegawa's S-stage Big Bore Kit, R-stage Big Bore Kit, and Big Throttle Body.The stock fuel injectors cannot inject enough fuel for the increased intake air volume, so large-capacity injectors are required.This product may malfunction if installed in motorcycles with engine specifications other than those specified.
■Air filter
Remove the stock air cleaner box and install it in the throttle body.Stock leg shields can be installed without modification!!!
The intake efficiency is greatly improved and the power output can be increased at high rpm.The filter is equipped with a connector so that it can be connected to the breather hose.
■Drive sprocket 16T ( Steel )
The reduction ratio can be adjusted to increase the power output.Lightened/heat-treated to enhance durability.
■Hyper ECU: rev limit is 10500 rpm
The hyper ECU controls everything, unlike the conventional performance chip that uses the stock ECU.
Since the installation of big bore kits and exhaust parts can cause a significant deviation from the ideal air-fuel ratio, a hyper ECU must be installed to compensate fuel injection timing.
The Hyper ECU has several built-in setting data sets for SP Takegawa's custom parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify the setting data according to your engine specifications with a simple switch.
There is no need for a PC, smartphone, Internet connection, etc, as the setting can simply be done by switch operation.The 14 preset maps can be used for a wide range of custom bikes, including ones with stock engines and SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts, and those with SP Takegawa custom engines and SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts.
In addition, a fuel adjustment function that can adjust the overall fuel level range between -9% to 9% is built in.(Adjustable in 1% increments)
You can disable the rev limiter as well.
