In order to make stronger helmets, thermosetting prepreg fiber sheets are used, in which the fiberglass material is pre-infused with resin, allowing for more fine-tuning of materials and lamination methods for each part.

■Materials and Manufacturing Methods
[Prepreg material adopted ]
The commonly known manufacturing method is to put the fiber material into a mold and then pour resin into that mold.
For helmets that protect the head, we believe that materials and lamination methods need to be more finely tuned for each part. To achieve this, we use thermosetting prepreg fiber sheets in which resin has been infiltrated into the fiber material in advance.

[Pressed prepreg fiber sheet*]
If the resin is soaked into the fiber and pressed as it is, some parts will be thicker and some thinner.
With this material, it is difficult to remove excess resin, and strength and weight are not consistent.
In the case of prepreg fiber sheets, the lamination method can be finely tuned for each part of the helmet to optimize the balance between strength and weight.

[Strong and lightweight dry fiber shell]
The dry fiber shell is a lightweight shell with improved impact resistance and dispersibility by applying high pressure evenly during pressing to stabilize the thickness without leaving excess resin in the shell and without compromising safety.

PPVA (Prepreg Inner Pressure Vacuum Air Bag) manufacturing method
Using our proprietary PPVA manufacturing method, the pre-preg sheets are pressurized from the inside of the cap using the air bag method and depressurized from the outside using the vacuum pulling method, while the pre-laminated prepreg sheets are heated and cured by bringing them close to a vacuum and removing unnecessary resin and air bubbles to the utmost limit.
This process produces a cap that is lightweight, strong, and durable.

There are a number of particulars in the interior padding that is attached to that helmet.

・Comfortable materials for the best wearing comfort
Dual construction with a 3D main pad section designed to follow the shape of the cheek and an inside section for improved fit.
We have adopted more comfortable materials and focused on a comfortable headband that wraps around the wearer to reduce fatigue even on long-distance tours.
In addition, to avoid discomfort when wearing eyeglasses, there is room for eyeglass temples to fit, reducing pressure.

・Further innovations to better fit the cheeks
Absorb Control Hole Sponge
The cheek area has a dual structure with a 3D main pad section designed to follow any shape of cheek and an inside section for improved fit.
Furthermore, by drilling holes in the optimal position and size in the sponge inside the pad, we have achieved a "wrap-around interior" that could not be achieved by 3D cutting alone.

[Fine adjustments can be made to the fit]
・Adjustable cheek pads
The shape of the head varies from person to person.
The customizable parts (sold separately) can be used to make fine adjustments to areas of concern, such as "the gap at the top of the head" or "the pain in the ear when worn for long periods of time."
The cheek pads can also be customized by removing and cutting the sponges.
