The Daytona is a lace-up boot designed specifically for riding.It combines a classic look with all the essential features needed in a modern riding shoe.
The combination of real leather and XTM-Fiber® membrane (a textile technology made from DuPont™Kevlar®, COOLMAX® and Lycra®) offers a high level of functionality and protection that makes it more resistant than most riding shoes. Another feature is John Doe's unique "Three Point Protection" on the ankle, heel and front.This properly reduces the damage caused by crashes.In addition, the leather "shift protection" not only protects the upper part, but also ensures a good grip during the shift operation.
The "waterstop function", i.e. the tongue that prevents water from seeping into the shoe at the laces, comes as standard equipment.
The side zip "easy entry" allows the rider to put on and take off the shoes quickly, easily and comfortably, without having to untie the laces.In addition, the oil-resistant, vibration-absorbing non-slip sole is sure to catch the step.
Beautiful vintage leather and leather-embossed John Doe logo on the ankle protection and JDM metal emblem on the rear are just a few of the details that accentuate the classic design of the "Daytona".
