Oil Filler Cap Type-FC

I do change some of these parts very often and wanted a change from the black oil filler cap I already had fitted to the FZ1. This gorgeous blue colour will go nicely witht he current colour scheme I have on the bike too. This cap does fit a lot of different models of Yamaha and unfortunately, this colour was not available where I have purchased Yoshimura parts previously locally. Not a hard part number to find, but just make sure you cross reference to make sure the fitment is good for your bike. I did try and get one of these a while ago but Webike did not have the blue in stock. Luckily, they had them on an offer and so in my basket. Ihad a couple of other parts in my basket and getting them all shipped together, saved a littel money too. I used EMS to courier my order and I know that I am looking at around 5 days for the porder to be delivered by them. Spot on. The oil filler cap arrived in a nicely packed box surrounded by bubble wrp to keep all my small part safe. This came in a nice Yoshimura box too. The machine work on this filler cap is brilliant, there are no sharp edges even though the threads are tight. The colour is a lovely deep water blue and goes very well with the current colour scheme I have on the bike. I did however have to reuse my existing o-ring as this cap does not come with one. Probably as they fit a few other mopdels, the o-rings may be a different size anyway. Not a problem, I always make sure the o-rings I have in use are in perfect condition before any reusing. Fits great, looks great, what more can you ask for. Thanks Webike, very pleased.

After I purchased one of these in Slate Grey for my own bike my friends were asking if I could get them the same one in different colours. Of course, I thought of Webike.One of my friends has the black version of the MT10 with red accents so this red one was perfect for their bike.I have had other brands before and also Yoshimura and they are top quality Japanese parts. I do not think anyone who owns a sport bike would not have heard of the awesome workmanship that Yoshimura produce.The price that Webike were selling these at was unbelievable, fantastic price. I do always have more than one part per order as this spreads the cost of shipping throughout the entire order. I chose EMS fast shipping as they have been really good in all my past experience with them. They just get your order to you in quick time. If my memory recalls correctly, it was 5 days from placing the order to the order delivered at my door. Can't get much better than that from Japan to the UK. Very pleasing. All the items in my order arrived in 100% perfect condition as expected. This red oil filler cap is beautiful. I mean really stunning piece of work. The threaded part is nice and smooth and not a single notchy piece in sight. They have even gone so far as to anodise the entire filler cap, including the threaded. Not many manufacturers do that, they usually just do so far dowm the threads and that's it. Not with this filler cap. The anodising is super clean and even all over. The lettering is super crisp and you can see every single letter, no blurry parts either. All in all, my friend is a very happy customer. Although the stock one does what it should, it is a little bit boring and not really matching the bike in general.I have had other brands before and also Yoshimura and as the Yoshimura one came in a nice slate grey which would go perfect with the matt parts already on the bike.The price that Webike were selling these at was unbelievable, I honestly thought I was seeing teh wrong price.
