1: Ceramic coated cylinder
All-aluminum ceramic-coated cylinder for excellent heat dissipation and durability.
Application of ceramic coating at OEM factory of major motorcycle manufacturer.
The cylinder is made of high precision and high quality.
The sleeve thickness is about 2.7mm to fit the long piston stroke of GROM engine.
The displacement has been increased by approximately 45cc while retaining a safety margin.
In addition, the shape of the wall on the chain passage side has been changed to reduce the rigidity and heat dissipation caused by the enlarged bore.
2: Orill Line Equipment
An oil outlet for the oil cooler is installed on the right side of the cylinder.
The oil cooler kit made by Endurance can be installed easily, and the heat measures can be completed.

The Endurance hi-POWER Big Bore Kit uses cast pistons for higher output and durability.
It is easy to see which is more suitable for tuning engines: cast pistons, which give the highest priority to productivity (cost), or forged pistons, which give the highest priority to strength.
By using forged materials exclusive to GROM, ENDURANCE has succeeded in achieving strength and lightness that cannot be achieved by machining from universal forged materials, and have greatly reduced the weight error.
