It is possible to offset the chain line by using a commercially available drive sprocket without using a large offset sprocket, which is required when widening the Z series rear tire to 180 or more.
The extended output shaft is 28mm longer than the stock output shaft, and dual bearings are used to reduce the load on the drivetrain.
6-speed or 5-speed output shaft
The output shaft, including the spline section where the sprocket is attached, has been extended by 28mm (compared to the stock Z-1).
It is also effective as an overhaul item because the stock one is out of stock.
Reinforced Mission Cover
Duralumin machined reinforced transmission cover.
Equipped with dual bearings and secured with multiple bolts of short reach via dowel pins to ensure high rigidity.
Securely holds the input from the drivetrain.
The outboard support system is not required and the weight can be reduced significantly.
Needle bearings are pressed into the shift shaft on both the hydraulic release plate and the back of the transmission cover.
It reduces the wobble of the shift shaft held only by the stock oil seal, improves the durability of the drivetrain and the shift touch, and prevents oil leakage.
Can be used on stock vehicles and 18 inch custom bikes.
