TR Full Exhaust System

Installed on NINJA2 Helmet 50RR.

Period of use:Exhaust pipe is about 6 years, Silencer is 1 day

Was the one you received as per Image?
The exhaust pipe and silencer are well built and match the style of the NINJA2 Helmet 50RR.

Was the installation difficult?
The Cowl needs to be removed for installation, which takes some time, but if you are not in a hurry and allow enough time, you will not be in danger in a hundred battles.
Be sure to replace the exhaust system! I'll get it done! This is a large and sturdy job, so all you have to do is get your tools and go for it.
When loosening the OEMExhaust pipe mounting nut, you can use a raspene.

How was your experience with it?
As you can see in the title, the Silencer had a great style, but I lived in a dense residential area at the time of installation, and the exhaust noise was so loud that my neighbors complained.
The sound is great for riding and the noise level is great! It also has a great release and the dandruff goes up really well. But when I came back home, I was scolded by my neighbors.
The family complained, and Silencer was replaced in tears. 。

The first Silencer I replaced was K2TEC's Universal Silencer, which was still a bit explosive and had a good release, but it did not handle the low RPM range well.
Next, the FMF (For OffRoad riders) It was replaced with a Titanium4 from TSUKIGI, which is a large pipe that works well with TSUKIGI's exhaust pipe and gives a good torque feeling from the low RPM range.

When I placed the order, it was supposed to take one month, but it arrived three months and one week later. The heat has cooled down, but since it arrived, it is good. It is the exhaust system of the important thing, but the welding is wonderful. However, the weld root of the inside is not processed. Moreover, the wound which probably arrived at the time of the bender processing is conspicuous. The welding is excellent! You need to fine tune the angle when installing or it will contact the Oil pan or Under Cowl. The weight is much lighter than OEM even with the suspension. The sound is very easy to recognize that the exhaust system has been changed when the Baffle is installed. It is a sound that can be recognized immediately. Even so, it is three times noisier than the Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence of today. (Lol) If you remove the Baffle, it is a terrible explosion sound. However, it is a beautiful explosion sound without sound crack. Also, the instruction manual says to apply the included liquid Gasket, but it's not in the parts list! Of course it was not included. I used to have Mr. Tsukiji's Dexter on a different motorcycle, but the TR is cheaper and definitely better. Best of all, he has a beautiful voice!

There are many people who are said to be loud in sound, but if you change the Exhaust System, I think it is a matter of course, but I think that if you think about time zones and act, it will not cause troubles in the neighborhood.
The sound is bass and I like it very much. And it is lighter than anything!

About installation.
As the Instruction Manual has become simple with only sentences, it was hard to get a little hard but it did not get confused.
Also, the enclosed liquid Gasket was very few and it was Large fun to put out. Something seems to be the most tiring here ... w

As for performance and quality it is as expected as Tsukiki.
Sometimes AfterFire is released somewhat, since it will be alleviated when you exchange Filter, I think that you should do it together.

It is cheaper than Slip-on Silencer which is less than 50,000 yen price at the time of purchase. It is splendid.
