We've got some useful motorcycle cleaning products and methods submitted to the Webike Community "MOTO HACK: Motorcycle Cleaning Hack" Campaign!

I would like to introduce you to the motorcycle cleaning products and methods of Chiritaro who rides the YZF-R1.

Motorcycles and self-introduction

[Brief self-introduction]
I have ridden CB400SF→YZF-R1 as a motorcycle that can be ridden with a regular motorcycle license.

[Vehicle introduction]
I celebrated my 10th year in 2011. It doesn't have a lot of electronic control like the latest SS, but it is still in service.

Motorcycle cleaning commitment

1614202761929L.jpg[Directionality]
No water is used, mainly wiping motorcycles. I don't have a special coating on the exterior, so I always wipe it down after driving and clean it frequently.

[The point where I want to clean up here]
We try to remove dirt from the deepest parts of the body that we can reach. Normally, the area under the seat is not a place that comes into contact with the eye, but it is in these areas that we actively remove dirt.

Products

I wipe the dirt off after every ride, so I mainly use Yamalube products, which are less expensive and more plentiful. I use microfiber towels for rags and wear nitrile gloves to prevent my hands from getting dirty.

1. YAMALUBE
Item Name: Super Bike Wax

2. REIT
Item Name: Kajimake Nitrile Gloves

3. UNICON
Item Name: Unicon car cream

1614202762696L.jpgThe suspension is the standard Unicon Car Cream. It can also remove spattered chain rub without stretching and is affordable.

Although the dirt is not noticeable at a glance due to the black color of the wheels, the difference is obvious when you see the results after wiping. The dirt has been removed and the gloss has been removed.

Motorcycle cleaning products I'm aiming for in the future

1614202762916L.jpgI'm currently using Yamalube heat-resistant wax, but the quantity is small and the price is high, so if there is another good heat-resistant wax, I'll use that one.
