Motorcycle cover made by camping equipment manufacturer! How good is it!

Water repellent and waterproof is very good

[Is there anything that disappointed you?]
Perhaps it is because of the material of the fabric on the back, but it feels slippery and catches when removing the cover. The part that is easy to rub on the ground, the thread of the sewing was broken soon. Please let us know if you have any requests or improvements for the manufacturer. If I had to say, I'd say that the above two points could be improved. It's acceptable for me.

[Do you have any products to compare?]
Doppelganger's mini cover for camping? I forgot the name of the product. I bought this one because it seemed to be more suitable for constant use than that one.

[What was the deciding factor in your purchase?]]
The design, the long diagonal zipper that seems to be easy to use, and most of all, the trustworthiness of the manufacturer for constant use outdoors! After all, DOD, which is the current leader in kamaboko tents, is the outdoor division that was split from here!

[How was the experience of actually using it?]
As you can see in the picture, it's the perfect size for my motorcycle!
Lightness, water repellency, and waterproofness as expected (sealing tape on the seams. As expected from a manufacturer that also makes tents!) As expected, light, water repellent, waterproof (seams are treated with sealing tape.

Ventilation is also effective. If you wipe the wet motorcycle in the rain and put this cover over it (it is still lightly wet because you wipe it in the rain), it will dry naturally after the rain stops. However, it may be better not to open some ventilators when it rains. In my touring Serow, if you forget to close the handle and front ventilator, the rain will get inside. In the rear, I leave it open even in heavy rain. The wind blows out well, and it doesn't fly away. The zipper on the side that opens wide is also very useful. I especially appreciate that I can access the rear box with the cover on without having to flip it over.

I've been using it for about 4 months, and although there are some loose threads, the fabric is not damaged, and it is still water repellent and waterproof. The sealing tape is not peeling off. I'll be happy if it lasts a year like this.

[Was it difficult to install?]
Putting it on and taking it off is rather easy. It can be fastened under the motorcycle with one touch, so it won't fly away. (Combined with the ventilation system, it's really windproof.)

[Please let me know how it fits when you wear it and your height and weight.]

The ventilation system is located at the front, rear, left and right handlebars, and the mirror. When you look at it on a windy day, you can see that even when it is closed, the wind is still blowing through. See above.

[Other]
It's thin and light, but it keeps out water and is well ventilated. You can imagine it as a tent flysheet turned into a motorcycle cover. I highly recommend it!

Point: Motorcycle cover made by camping equipment manufacturer! How good is it!
Michi-san gives us his review of Doppelganger's motorcycle covers, which are extremely popular right now. I found it very helpful to see all the ingenuity that is typical of a tent manufacturer put together in an easy-to-understand manner! I kinda want one too for my new motorcycle I recently bought!
