Japanese manufacturers aren't the only ones with inline 4SS!
This is the first full model change for the current S1000RR since the original S1000RR was introduced in 2009, and while every aspect of the motorcycle has changed since the previous model, the most noticeable change is the shape. Up until now, the headlight design had been asymmetrical, even if it had changed slightly, but the new design is symmetrical for the first time. Personally, I thought the asymmetrical design was part of the S1000RR's identity, so this design change was a surprise!
Of course, the inside of the motorcycle has also undergone major changes, and the newly designed engine with variable valves has been upgraded to 207 horsepower. In addition to peak power, the variable-valve engine also delivers significantly more power at low and mid-range speeds. Along with the newly designed frame, each part of the motorcycle has been lightened, and the standard model is 11kg lighter than the previous model. With an equipment weight of less than 200kg, it is one of the lightest liter SS models.
Other features include a 6.5-inch TFT meter that allows various settings to be made with the touch of a button, and electronic control with a new 6-axis IMU to support driving.
At first glance, it looks like there are no taillights, but the taillights and blinkers are one piece! The rear lights can be removed by simply removing the license plate holder for circuit driving. You can see the uncompromising attitude towards driving in every detail!
The S1000RR that we are showing you here is the fully equipped M package + DDC (electronic suspension) model, with carbon wheels, seats, and the newly designed electronic suspension. The S1000RR has a lot of new features and luxury equipment, but there are still very few of these available in Japan.
Motorrad Mitsuoka Suzuka, who is selling this motorcycle, currently has it in stock in their store, so if you want it now, please contact them as soon as possible!
