Yamalube YART Yamaha EWC Official Team has carried on its recent strong form in the FIM Endurance World Championship with the fastest time during unofficial testing for the 44th Coca-Cola Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race today (Wednesday).

After topping the combined times at the end of the morning running with a best lap of 2m07.287s on the 5.821-kilometre layout, the Austrian squad lowered its earlier benchmark with a 2m06.778s best in the afternoon.

A social media post issued afterwards read: Very long testing day is finished and we made many laps. We hope we are ready for the race, we made nice progress.

Yamalube YART Yamaha EWC Official Team won the 24H SPA EWC Motos in June and is one the favourites to win Japan’s round of the EWC this weekend with riders Niccolò Canepa, Marvin Fritz and Karel Hanika.

The EWC stars on next on track on Friday with Testing from 08h30-10h00 local time with Free Practice following from 11h20-13h20. More information is available by clicking HERE.
