HONDA will release the 2025 REBEL 500 middle cruiser on Thursday, February 20. The new model features an improved steering wheel and seats, as well as new color variations. The price is approx. 6,083 USD.

The cruiser REBEL 500, which has been in the lineup since 2017 along with its sibling REBEL 250, is similar to the 250 in terms of vehicle size and features an easy-to-handle style with good footing. Yet the large class 471cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, parallel twin-cylinder engine delivers a maximum output of 46 PS and a powerful driving feel. The basic styling has not changed much since its introduction, but the 2020 model is equipped with LED lights and an assist and slipper clutch, making it even easier to handle.
REBEL 500 (2025) received minor changes to comply with the latest emission regulations and to improve its equipment.
The 2025 model announced this time is equipped with the same features as the previous model, while the power unit is EURO5+ compliant. The main points of the new model are minor changes to the handlebars, seats, and other parts related to ride comfort.
First, the handlebars are now swaged (cold forged). The handlebar clamps are 1 inch and the handlebar ends are tapered to 22.2 mm, which allows the rider to sit lower and closer to the bike. The seat is made of a new urethane material, and the bump rubber inside the rear shock has been improved for greater comfort. There are no major changes in equipment, but a new RTC2.0 on-board unit and heated grips have been added as optional accessories.

The rear shock also has new rubber and improved ride quality.
Grip heaters and ETC 2.0 OBE were added as factory options.
The color variation has been completely revamped from the previous model, with "Classical White" and "Gunmetal Black Metallic" available. Both are priced at approx. 6,083 USD, approx. 553 USD plus from the previous approx. 5,504 USD. The motorcycle will be released on February 20, 2025 (Thursday), and 200 units are planned to be sold.
