YAMAHA Indonesia has launched the XSR155, followed by new colors for its sibling models, the YZF-R15 and MT-15. These color variations are expected to be introduced on the Japanese-spec 125cc sports YZF-R125/15 and MT-125.

The YAMAHA 125cc sports YZF-R125 and MT-125, which will be introduced in Japan in 2023, have long been sold overseas as the YZF-R15 and MT-15, 155cc models that share much of their equipment. Of these, the R15 has been officially introduced in Japan, but unfortunately the MT-15 has not yet been introduced.
Regarding the YZF-R15 and MT-15, YAMAHA Indonesia has announced the 2025 models. First, for the YZF-R15, the lineup includes the YZF-R15M, a special color with the image of the YZF-R1M that has been available in the past. It is equipped with a silver tank, under cowl, and exhaust guard. The color of this model is almost the same as the YZF-R1M. The price is 45.7 million rupiah (approximately 2,822 USD).

The STD YZF-R15, also introduced in Japan, continues to be available in blue and black, but with new graphics. Like the YZF-R25 and R3 already announced, white has been added as an accent to unify the image of the series. The dark gray color has also been discontinued from the lineup.
The price for this model is 40,950,000 rupiah (approximately 2,529 USD). Except for the color, the specifications of both models are the same as the previous model, with the same specifications and equipment.

As for the MT-15, which has not yet been introduced in Japan, like the YZF-R15, the equipment and specifications remain the same, but the color lineup has undergone major changes. The newly added light gray color is an active graphic of white and light blue that relates to the color used on the MT-25/3. The other color is matte black, which is a hard-edged color with most parts blacked out. This one is set at 3,965,000 rupiah (about 2,449 USD).
