The 250CL-C, released by China's CFMOTO in 2024, is a new model inspired by the Honda REBEL 250, which will be sold in China as the CM300. We would like to give you an overview of the model as it arrives in Japan.
The seat height is 690mm, the same as the Rebel 250, so it is easy to reach the ground.
The 250CL-C is a cruiser model based on the naked sports 250CL-X. The engine is a water-cooled single cylinder, but produces 25 PS. Meanwhile, the bobber style is achieved with extremely thick 16-inch tires front and rear, and the tire size is the same as that of the Rebel 250.
It also has the same 690mm seat height as the popular Rebel 250, with its low seat height, and it is clear that the concept was created with thorough research into Honda. The body weighs 165kg, 6kg lighter than the Rebel 250, and it is better equipped with radially mounted 4-pot calipers and traction control.
The Triumph Bonneville Bobber-style tank and headlight characterize the style. Incidentally, the higher-end model is the 450CL-C BOBBER, which even imitates the single seat and rear fender. It has been reported that the 250CL-C will be imported to Japan by Chronicle in Chiba, so please keep an eye out for further information.

REBEL 250 [HONDA] Since its launch in 2017, this blockbuster model has continued to reign as the bestseller in the country. It is available in China as CM300 for 26,990 yuan (about $537,000).
There are three color variations, this one being Nebula Black.
This one is Bordeaux Red. The drive system is belt drive.
Unlike the digital Rebel 250, it uses an analog meter, with the tachometer and other indicators displayed on the LCD window.
The fuel tank is 13.5L, which is larger than the Rebel 250's 11L.
450CL-C BOBBER [CFMOTO] A bobber that realizes a full-fledged custom style. Unlike the 250CL-C, the 450CL-C has a mono suspension rear, which makes it look like a rigid frame.
