Yoshimura's XSR125-compatible Straight Cyclone was recently released.
It has been attracting attention as a part that perfectly suits the neo-retro style, and we spotted a demo model of it at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show! Equipped with the latest parts in addition to the muffler, it was a machine to look out for. And there was also a Cyclone muffler at the booth that caught our attention. We would like to introduce this as well.
The 70's look matches the latest machines! Straight Cyclone
Yoshimura debuted this assembly tube for racing use. The Straight Cyclone, based on this, is recognizable no matter what type of car it is mounted on, with its matte black paint and distinctive straight pipe style without a separate silencer. It is a full exhaust that is synonymous with Yoshimura.
As its roots indicate, this model is a staple for famous cars of the 70s and 80s, but there is no reason why the traditional look should not suit the latest neo-retro models as well. The new Straight Cyclone for the XSR125 is the realization of just such an idea. It increases torque and power output and is lighter than the OEM unit, but it also improves the sports performance.
Such machine-bent straight 762 cyclone for XSR125 is scheduled to be released in mid-May 2024 and is announced to be priced at (approx.) 494 USD.

XSR125 is equipped with a straight cyclone. The silver body perfectly matches the matte black silencer.

The 70's look short tube fits well with Neo-Retro. Various performances have been improved, and the full exhaust system can be enjoyed with a bass-enhanced sound.

The end diameter is Φ76.2mm, creating a powerful rear view. The weight is reduced by 30% compared to the OEM unit.
Also note the unpublished dress-up parts!
If you look closely at this demo machine, you will see that various parts are installed in addition to the Straight Cyclone. Some of the parts are already on the market, but you should not miss the parts that are yet to be announced.
Let's check out the main points.

Radiator core guard for XSR125. This is a standard part with Yoshimura's printing in large print and offers high protection from flying rocks and debris. Priced at (approx.) 90 USD

This is a tail-tidy kit. Release information has not yet been announced, but the price is planned to be (approx.) 159 USD. It creates a sleek and racy silhouette around the tail area.

New LED mini blinkers that do not destroy such a silhouette are also available. They are small in size but have a large luminous area.

What a surprise, these blinkers are sequential. They showed the movement flowing outward from the base. I can't wait for the release information.

As you can see, it emits a sufficient amount of light at maximum flash. It is also safe enough.

The upper part of the blinker has a complicated shape. Yoshimura's logo is printed on it.

The brightly anodized oil filler cap is a standard item. Type-FB is compatible. The price is (approx.) 21 USD.

The「High Line」bar end, released last year, also fits the XSR125. The two-piece, intricate design is attractive. (approx.) 116 USD.
Also information on titanium hand-bent cyclones for Z1!
Straight cyclones that suit the latest machines are great, but fans of old motorcycles are wondering if they can also get parts for the famous cars of yesteryear. We have some good news for such fans. The beautifully curved full exhaust on display in one corner of the Yoshimura booth was a full titanium hand-curved cyclone muffler for the Z1!
This hand-bent cyclone is positioned as part of the F-TUNIG series, a series in which Yoshimura's commitment to craftsmanship and performance is central. In addition to the beauty of the hand-bent curves, the 4-2-1 internal structure has been tuned for easy handling of the output characteristics.
In addition, the EXH port connection structure similar to that of Yoshimura's racer machines is used, and the easy removal and attachment of the port allows for easy maintenance, making fans of the past very happy.
The release date and price have not yet been announced, but Z1 owners should keep their eyes peeled for further information.

On display for reference was a full titanium hand-bent cyclone for the Z1 under development. With corrosion-resistant titanium and a design that can be used to remake the silencer, this device will allow for long-lasting enjoyment of your car.

The beautiful curves are unique to hand-bending! Price and release information have not yet been announced.
