NEW MOTORCYCLE: Harley’s New Grand American “Road Glide”, “Street Glide”, and CVO Road Glide ST Now Available! CVO Models also Available in Limited Colors!

Harley-Davidson has announced new models for 2024: the Street Glide, Road Glide, and CVO Road Glide ST. All are in the "Grand American Touring" category with large fairings and use the updated Milwaukee Eight 117 engine with 1,923cc displacement. Aerodynamic performance has also been reviewed to enhance comfort. The "CVO" model, with its high-class design and interior, is also available in new color variations.
Two limited edition 2024 colors are available.

It was released last Thursday, January 25, 2024, with prices varying by color, starting at (approx.) 24743 USD for the Road Glide and Street Glide and (approx.) 36459 USD for the CVO Road Glide ST.

Street Glide" and "Road Glide" with new design & new features

The "Street Glide" and "Road Glide" models, which have been redesigned from the previous models, feature an evolved fairing that extends from the front fender to the saddlebags. Inheriting Harley-Davidson's design DNA, the improved aerodynamics reduce helmet drag at high speeds by an average of 60%. In addition, the increased travel of the rear suspension has succeeded in significantly improving rider comfort during long-distance riding.

The engine is a 1,923cc Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-twin, and here the cooling system has been modified to further optimize thermal comfort. Three selectable riding modes (Road, Sport, Rain, and Custom) provide electronic control of performance characteristics according to road conditions and rider preference.

Both models also feature SkylineTM OS for infotainment and a 12.3-inch TFT color touchscreen for the instrumentation. In addition, a new 200-watt audio amplifier is mounted on the fairing. The suspension is available in chrome or black finish.

CVOTM "CVO Road Glide ST" is also new!West Coast style customization is now available!

The CVO Road Glide ST is also a new addition to Custom Vehicle Operations (CVOTM), a higher-end variation of the standard base model with Harley-Davidson's special custom orientation. The combination of a deep solo seat, 6-inch risers, and moto handlebars creates an aggressive, upright position. The style embodies the American West Coast custom style.

The engine is the Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output, specially tuned to produce 126 HP (94 kW) and 193 Nm of torque, Harley's highest-ever output. The final drive ratio is set low to enhance acceleration performance, while the body weight is a relatively light 380 kg. To reduce this weight, a lightweight titanium shell and forged carbon fiber end caps were used for the muffler, while forged carbon fiber composite material was used for the front fenders, seat cowl, and tank console, and lightweight composite material for the oil pan. Furthermore, the wheel design and wave-style front brake rotors minimize unsprung weight and reinforce the racy styling.

In addition, a variety of riding modes (Road, Sport, Rain, new Track, Track Plus, and several custom modes) provide controllability in a wide range of situations. The SkylineTM OS infotainment system replaces most of the conventional analog gauges and switches with a color touch screen. The premium audio system in the fairing features a 500-watt amplifier and H-D audio (Rockford Fosgate Stage II 6.5-inch fairing speakers), providing the comfort of a gorgeous cruiser.

Two colors are available: Golden White Pearl and Raven Metallic. The sides of the fairing and fuel tank will feature racy Screamin' Eagle graphics inspired by Harley's factory machines competing in the "King of the Baggers" series, and CVOTM's 25th-anniversary graphics will also be engraved.

The CVO Street Glide and CVO Road Glide models, which just debuted in the summer of 2023, will also receive minor changes for the 2024 model year. The Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 engine, advanced suspension, and infotainment with the proprietary SkylineTM OS have been retained, and both models are now available in two new color options, "Legendary Orange" and Copperhead" are now available in two new color options for both models.
