Yamaha Motor Co. will release the 2024 model of its Vino moped scooter. Specifications and equipment remain the same, with the addition of three new colors: Red, Matte Blue, and Puko Blue.
The product will be released on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at an unchanged price of (approx.) 1451 USD.
The long-lived model, which has been on the market for 27 years, is now available in six colors.
With its rounded silhouette, the Yamaha "Vino" is popular among all generations and genders. It first appeared in 1997, initially with a two-stroke engine that produced 6.9 PS.
The retro design made it very popular among women, and it underwent a series of model changes, including a switch to a 4-stroke engine, and in 2015, an electrified "E-Vino" and other variants were introduced, The design was also changed. It is now a popular model that has appeared in TV shows and animations.
For the 2024 model year, the specifications remain unchanged and the color lineup has been revised. The new colors "Fighting Red," "Matte Blue Jeans Metallic," and "Puko Blue" will be available in six colors, along with the existing beige, brown, and black, while yellow, light blue, and matte green will no longer be available.
It will be released on February 29, 2024 (Thursday) at the unchanged price of (approx.) 1451 USD, with an annual sales volume of 8,000 units planned. While the moped category models are suffering due to stricter emission regulations and the development of EVs, the well-known Vino is still a model that can be enjoyed as a healthy model.
