Wójcik Racing Team said Artur Wielebski was ‘thrilled’ after the Polish rider completed initial testing aboard the squad’s new-for-2024 Honda CBR1000RR.
The leading independent FIM Endurance World Championship team from Poland has switched from Yamaha to Honda power for the upcoming EWseason with Wielebski recruited to ride Wójcik’s #77 Formula EWC entry alongside compatriots Kamil Krzemień and Jurand Kuśmierczyk.
A Facebook post from Wójcik Racing Team read: We start a new chapter. Our Artur Wielebski has completed the first kilometres on the Honda CBR1000RR and he is trhilled.
Wielebski, also posting on Facebook, described the test as the “first dance with lady in red”.
