Niccolò Canepa and Marvin Fritz, who along with Karel Hanika rode to glory in the 2023 FIM Endurance World Championship, are already aiming high as the build-up to the 2024 EWC season continues.

The Yamalube YART Yamaha EWC Official Team trio came out on top of a thrilling Bol d’Or title decider at Circuit Paul Ricard last September.

Speaking ahead of the festive period, Canepa and Fritz made clear their ambitions for more EWC success in 2024.

Canepa, from Italy, said: It was a few years since we were fighting for the title together. We were really fast many times but we could never achieve this great goal. Now finally we did it and hopefully it’s not the last time. We know we have a great package to continue this way and I’m really proud of this.

German Fritz, who is preparing for his eighth season as a YART rider, said: We learned so much in all the years and now we are in the right time to continue this way. Hopefully we [win the title again].

The 24 Heures Motos at Le Mans in France opens the 2024 EWC season from 18-21 April.
