Pit-Lane Endurance has announced its first rider signing for the 2024 FIM Endurance World Championship with Chilean Maximilian Scheib joining its Superstock attack.
The South American talent, 28, brings pace and pedigree from the FIM Superbike World Championship to the French outfit, which completed the 2023 FIM Endurance World Cup season on a high following its podium finish in September’s Bol d’Or.
Scheib, who started competing in off-road events aged 13, is the first Chilean to compete in the EWC, which takes place over four events in 2024.
Relying on Yamaha power, Dunlop-equipped Pit-Lane placed 11th in the final FIM Endurance World Cup standings last season.
