Honda has already announced that it will release the new CBR1000RR-R in Japan, which was unveiled at the Milano show.
Here we would like to predict its release date, coloring, and concept in Japan.
ABS has a race mode for more powerful deceleration.
The CBR1000RR-R, which gained significant combat power with the addition of the "R" in 2020, has undergone a model change from the engine to the exterior. The centerpiece is Honda's first two-motor electronically controlled throttle, which allows for better control at half-throttle opening and increased engine braking.
The world's first Öhlins 3rd generation Smart EC inverted fork also features a digital spring preload guide that displays the optimum preload value based on the rider's weight input.
A race mode has been introduced for ABS, allowing the rider to turn off the rear ABS.
The development concept is "Total Control for the Track," a flagship supersport that is fun to steer and follows the lines of previous models. On the other hand, the frame has been made lighter and less rigid to improve handling agility and riding position flexibility, enhancing the enjoyment of handling on ordinary roads.
The expected release date in Japan is early March, with pricing and other details to be announced in January. The STD will be available in Grand Prix Red, and the SP in Black and Grand Prix Red. The new CBR1000RR-R race base model will be released in February at (approx.) 4705 USD for the SP.
