5. Honda Rebel 250
Light motorcycle champion with annual sales of approximately 10,000 units
For five consecutive years starting in 2018, it has been the top-selling motorcycle in Japan in the light motorcycle class with displacements of over 125cc and under 250cc. Its popularity is reflected in the Webic motorcycle selection. Equipped with a 26-horsepower 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, this cruiser is also attractive for its excellent legroom provided by its low 690mm seat height. It incorporates a bobber custom design philosophy that dares to omit excessive decoration.
4. Suzuki HAYABUSA
Japan Representative for Ultimate Sports
The first generation was released as the 1999 model and was renewed for the third generation in the 2021 model year after a full model change for the first time in 13 years.
It is a full-cowl, full-capacity, ultimate sports machine equipped with a 1339cc liquid-cooled, parallel four-cylinder engine mounted on an aluminum frame. The maximum output is 188 hp, slightly down from the previous generation, in pursuit of substantial speed.
In 2023, the 25th-anniversary color (see photo), limited to 300 units, will also be available!
3. Yamaha SR400
Even though production has ended, the number of fans is still growing.
Since its first appearance in 1978, the Road Sport has continued to be sold with numerous specification changes and additional variation models, while retaining the basic components such as the 399cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine (24 HP in the last model), which was kick-start only, and the steel tube frame, part of which is used as an oil tank. Unfortunately, production will end in 2021.
However, its popularity is still strong, and many people are considering purchasing a used car.
2. Honda CB400 Super Four
4-cylinder model whose price skyrocketed when production ended
The steel-tube frame was equipped with a 399cc liquid-cooled, parallel four-cylinder engine, with the final model delivering 56 hp. For many years, this model represented the 400cc class, but production was discontinued in October 2022.
This final model was also equipped with the Hyper VTEC Revo mechanism, which switched the number of valves driven per cylinder between 2 and 4 valves depending on engine speed.
The price of new and used cars skyrocketed upon the announcement of the end of production.
1. Honda PCX
Elegant moped scooter
The PCX, a moped scooter, took first place in the glorious year 2023. The PCX is a model that can be used not only for daily use but also for general road-only touring and is a great main and sub-loved vehicle, and it is likely to have attracted the attention of many riders. It is equipped with a 124cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with 12.5 horsepower. It is equipped with slightly larger front and rear 14/13-inch wheels for excellent running stability, a smart key system, and a 30-liter capacity under-seat trunk.
