[CBR600RR]"AWAKEN THE RACE"
Real price reduction with quick shifter! IMU enhanced to 6 axes, improved foot grounding.
The large SS「CBR600RR」released in 2003 was a racy model that incorporated the styling of the CBR1000RR into the middle class. Through repeated model changes, it continued to evolve while incorporating the latest technology from the racing scene at the time, but sales were temporarily halted after the 2014 model change.
In 2020, however, it was revived with all-new styling and equipment. The 599cc liquid-cooled, in-line four-cylinder DOHC engine delivers 121 PS at 14,000 rpm, and its combat power has been improved with a five-axis IMU for body control and ride-by-wire system.
In addition, the cowl is equipped with winglets, giving it GP machine-like styling.

The new CBR600RR has finally been officially announced. The new matte black color, which was previously only available in the race version, is now also available.
The latest version of the CBR600RR was exhibited at this year's Suzuka 8 Hours and officially unveiled in Europe in November, and its introduction to Japan has been eagerly awaited. Although the styling of the new model has not changed significantly, a quick shifter has been installed as standard equipment to make shifting up and down smoother. In addition, the IMU, the vehicle body control system, has been strengthened to six axes from the previous five axes to accurately detect vehicle angles and acceleration, and in combination with ABS and HSTC (Honda Selectable Torque Control), has achieved improved operational performance. In terms of body equipment, the weight has been reduced by 1.0 kg through exhaust system devices and lighter suspension. In addition, the rear shock has a new preload adjustment range that allows the seat height to be lowered by up to 10 mm. This has resulted in an improved foot grounding.
The shape of the side stand has also been improved.
The new CBR600RR will go on sale on February 15, 2024 (Thursday). The new CBR600RR will be available in two color variations: a red-based Tricolor Grand Prix Red with some graphic changes, and a matte black version, Matte Ballistic Black Metallic. Prices vary depending on the color, with the Matte Ballistic Black Metallic priced at (approx.) 11031 USD and the Grand Prix Red at (approx.) 11264 USD. The price for Grand Prix Red has not been changed from the previous model, but rather the price for Black has been reduced by (approx.) 231 USD. The annual sales volume is expected to be 1,500 units.

The new quick shifter supports both up and down directions.

The distinctive front mask and winglets are continued.

Features such as a full-color TFT meter and 41mm adjustable front fork are also continued.

The exhaust inherits the center-up style common to the series.
