TRIUMPH has announced that production of the large naked sport Thruxton RS will end after the 2024 model year. In conjunction with this, a special edition "Thruxton Final Edition" will be available.This limited edition model will feature a special color and logo for the final version, and will come with a certificate of authenticity that includes the VIN number.

Delivery of such a Thruxton Final Edition will be after spring 2024, priced at approx. 14,348 USD. This will be the last chance to acquire the first of the modern cafe racers!

TRIUMPH's Cafe Racer Thruxton is a sports naked model named after the Thruxton Circuit in England, and follows the name adopted for a small number of racers sold in the 1960s. Based on the company's Bonneville, it was equipped with separate handlebars, rearsets, and a single seat, giving it the classic style of the café racer boom of the 1960s. It was first released in 2005, but its specifications were redesigned in 2016 to coincide with the full model change of the Bonneville series. Equipped with a liquid-cooled, parallel twin-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1200 cc, it also gained the latest features such as ride-by-wire and electronic control. The last full model change was in 2020, with a lighter body and engine output of 105 PS/The power was increased to 7500 rpm and lined up as "Thruxton RS".

Production of the Thruxton RS will end after the 2024 model year. The curtain will come down on the traditional café racer naming. The final version of the Thruxton RS will be the Thruxton Final Edition. The Thruxton Final Edition features the same styling and specifications as the Thruxton RS, but the unique Competition Green Metallic body color with hand-painted gold lining is a special edition. The fuel tank comes with the Heritage TRIUMPH logo and a Final Edition engine badge. A certificate of authenticity will be issued with the motorcycle's VIN number and signatures of members of the TRIUMPH body design team and TRIUMPH CEO Nick Bloor. A color-matched cockpit fairing is also available as an accessory.

The Final Edition will be a special one for Thruxton fans, but delivery will be after spring 2024. The price will be approx. 14,348 USD, that's approx. 900 USD more than the STD model.

 

The limited-edition Thruxton Final Edition brings an end to 19 years of history after its naming was revived in 2005.

 

The competition green metallic body with hand-painted gold pinstripes is a beautiful special edition.

 

Cockpit fairings are also available as accessories. The rocket cowl style is unique. Of course, the color will be the same as the body.
