We have photographed the Hayabusa demo car that Yoshimura displayed at the Tokyo MC Show.
The focus of attention is the Titanium Machine Bending R-11Sq R Cyclone 2-piece, which is said to be coming soon.
Although not installed on the demo car, the Slip-On R-11Sq R-Cyclone, which is announced to be coming soon as well as the full exhaust, will basically have the same look as the silencer part.
The demo motorcycle was also equipped with the new High Line handlebar end, as well as many other parts that have already been released.
Panoramic view of the demo motorcycle
Here is an image I was allowed to take before it was put on display at the Tokyo MC Show.
This year, Yoshimura's overall image is black, and Hayabusa is also clad in black.
The parts installed on the Hayabusa are mainly black with red accents, and it is hard to believe that all of the parts are bolt-on parts.
The finish is a model for customization reference, as expected from Yoshimura.

When viewed from the side, the overall appearance is lighter than expected.
The visual effect of the full exhaust system is a major factor in the Hayabusa's increased boldness.
The exhaust assembly is a 4-2-1, with the left and right sides separated immediately after the assembly, and catalysts (catalyzers) on both sides to meet both exhaust venting and emission regulations.

However, when viewed from the rear, the image is completely different. It is very massive and has a very strong sense of a monster machine that is trying to push a large body forward with a lot of power. This is probably due to the fact that the mass is concentrated in the center of the body due to the slumming of the rear end.

The volume of the first half of the body is as expected of Hayabusa.
The appearance is both glamorous and awesome, but it is surprising because it was built entirely from bolt-on parts.

The full exhaust system can be seen in the assembly that can be glimpsed from the under the cowl.
Since this is a demo vehicle, it is a brand new titanium color, but it is expected to turn a titanium-like burnt color when it is actually driven and heated.
The heat guard for the shin section seems to be effective when starting from a stoplight, and there is plenty of room for bank angle.
Details of parts appearing for the first time
The Titanium Machine Curved R-11Sq R Cyclone 2-piece and High Line handlebar ends that were installed on the demo car were unveiled for the first time.
Both have been announced for release soon and the more details we see, the more we can't wait for their release.

The titanium machine bent the R-11Sq R-Cyclone 2-way silencer end up
The mesh cover and the carbon cover, both of which are MotoGP-inspired, are eye-catching. The carbon cover has sharp edges at the folded part.

Note the rivets on the silencer!
The rivets are specially designed with 6 circular presses on the flange!
The rivets holding the nameplate and carbon cover are smaller in size, and the flange is black.

The mesh cover of the exhaust port is an exclusive product with the Yoshimura logo engraved on it
The mesh cover is made of a thick material that is strong enough to withstand gravel to prevent gravel from being sucked in when going off the course at a circuit.
The YOSHIMURA logo can also be seen stamped on the exhaust port behind the mesh cover.

A full view of the silencer reveals a deformed rectangular cross-sectional shape.
The silencer cover (titanium blue) is anodized and colored.

From the other side of the silencer, you can see that the cover at the front end of the silencer is finished in the same way as the exhaust, and only the silencer cover has a polished finish.
The carbon heat guard in front of the silencer has the Yoshimura logo molded into the square recess on the side.

The silencer stay (silver part) riveted directly to the silencer cover is combined with a small stay (black part), and the bolts and washers used to connect the bracket are also black. A special silencer bracket that comes out of the seat rail will be available soon.

Close-up of the silencer end and mesh section on the opposite side. You can see it protrudes slightly more than the carbon end cover.
It may be designed to prevent the carbon from being burnt in the afterlife.

Close-up of High Line handlebar end
Machined aluminum bar ends are sold by various companies, but Yoshimura's High Line bar end seems to have a double-layered structure.
The detailed functions such as built-in weights are unknown, but it is certain that the color of the bar ends can be seen through the holes in the bar ends.
Perhaps, there may be a hidden function to prevent handlebar damage by rotating only the outer circumference in the event of a fall!
Plenty of parts are already on sale
Parts that are currently on sale were installed as much as possible.
The area around the steering wheel was especially outstanding, and although Hayabusa originally had a strong cockpit feel, the few parts that were replaced had a wonderful dress-up effect.

The Step Kit X-TREAD (price including tax: 531 USD approx.) has been very popular since its release.
The secret to the popularity of this kit is the combination of the slate gray anodized aluminum color, which is reminiscent of gun coat paint, and the machined step bars, which boast excellent grip.

The edge of the step bar of the Step Kit X-TREAD is so sharp that if you hold it with your bare hand, it might cut your skin!
The heads of the bolts do not stick out, and the heel plate with the Yoshimura logo is made of thick material, so there is no tendency for the heel plate to creak when riding hard.

Rear Axle Block Kit (price including tax: 64 USD), Rear Stand Bracket Set High Line (price including tax: 47 USD)
In addition to the high dress-up effect, the rear stand bracket has a separate aluminum part and inner resin part, and only the resin part rolls freely when the stand is hung, which prevents scratches and allows for light operation.

The Rear Axle Block Kit is not only functional but also designed to reduce weight.
The notches on the axle shafts and the shape of the block are so perfectly aligned that they are unmatched by the OEM.

The handlebars and gauges have an amazing cockpit feel.
But actually, only the Master Cylinder Cap (tax included price: 53 USD) and Steering Stem Nut (tax included price: 25 USD) have been changed.
You can see that the visual effect of the stem nut is wonderful

Engine Case Guard Kit Generator Cover PRO SHIELD (List price including tax: ¥19800)
Aluminum and resin protect the engine effectively while minimizing the overhang from the vehicle body.
This is a must-have part even when driving on public roads, in case of an accidental tip-over.

The Oil Filler Cap (price including tax: ¥3,300) is also a standard accent.
The wiring process, including the wire termination, is perfect and beautiful.

Racing Slider Kit PRO SHIELD (List price including tax: ¥35,200)
The PRO SHIELD features a streamlined design for high speeds and is specially designed for Hayabusa to reduce cowl modifications.

The Racing Slider Kit PRO SHIELD consists of a combination of aluminum and resin.
The specially shaped resin (POM) is machined.

Yoshimura's logo is also engraved inside the slider (yellow arrow).

Lever Guard with two-piece construction (List price including tax: 98 USD)
Originally designed to comply with race regulations, it is also a good idea to have it installed when participating in circuit driving sessions, etc.

Rim stickers are also a hidden favorite.

The standard Fenderless Kit (price including tax: ¥418
The tail section of the Hayabusa has a complex shape, so a simple kit made from a bent aluminum sheet will give a poor impression, but as you can see in Yoshimura's kit!
Although the kit is very expensive, machined aluminum stays are used to ensure high rigidity to withstand high-speed riding.

While many other companies use thin acrylic, this Wind Armor (list price including tax: 228 USD) is made of 2mm-thick polycarbonate.
This may be to prevent the screen from cracking even if it is directly hit by bouncing rocks while driving at high speed.
The height of screen is 40mm taller than the factory one, so it provides a high wind protection effect while keeping the silhouette of the Hayabusa.
