The new AROMA 150 scooter from Taiwan-based manufacturer KYMCO has been announced. The new AROMA 150 is a newly designed scooter with the same design as the「LIKE」series already released in Europe. The new scooter has a low seat height and is lightweight while maintaining the modern and classic design, making it an easy-to-maneuver scooter in the standard two-wheel class.
Priced at (approx.) 2800 was released at authorized KYMCO dealers nationwide last February 1, 2023.
City commuter with a low 760mm seat and light weight of 128kg
KYMCO is Taiwan's largest motorcycle manufacturer, developing and selling a wide range of scooters and ATVs from 50cc to 700cc. In Japan, KYMCO Japan, established in 2015, handles domestic sales, with many authorized dealers currently operating in major cities throughout Japan.
The newly released Arroma 150 is a new model of the「LIKE」series sold in Italy in the 125cc to 200cc displacement range. The European-inspired design has a classic feel, but with LED lights, a cigar socket power supply, and ABS as standard equipment, it also offers the latest level of utility.
The newly designed frame is specially designed for leg room, with a low seat height of 760mm without compromising the silhouette. This is the lowest seat height among 150cc class scooters sold in Japan, enabling even small users to ride without anxiety. The light weight of 128 kg also makes it easy to push, pull, and maneuver when parking and stopping the vehicle. It is a model that can be easily used on a daily basis.
Two color variations, Pearly White and Matte Silver Crystal, are available. Both are priced at (approx.) 2800 USD and will be available at authorized KYMCO dealers nationwide from February 1, 2023.
The new AROMA 150 scooter is a 150cc scooter that combines classic design with modern equipment. Its spacious body, low seat height, and weight make it easy to enjoy riding.
The meter is a combined analog/digital type. Fuel gauge, indicator, and clock functions are integrated.
The space under the seat can be used for luggage storage. A holder for storing helmets and a cigar socket power supply are also provided in this space.
