Until now, it has been considered a shortcut to reduce the weight of sprockets by using aluminum materials to reduce the gyroscopic effect that affects the handling. However, the drawback of aluminum material is the short durability of the teeth.
After years of research and development, the company established a patented manufacturing method that uses lightweight aluminum for the base and highly durable steel for the outer teeth. The result is STEALTH, the world's first hybrid sprocket.
The mating part is strongly pressed at a pressure of 50t, achieving a weight reduction of around 30% and improved durability compared to the standard. The high precision teeth shape with minimal clearance to the chain reduces power loss and wear. This sprocket is sure to make a difference.
This hybrid rear sprocket combines a lightweight aluminum core with durable steel teeth using a unique patented manufacturing method. They are available for Japanese and foreign motorcycles from 125 to large displacement and are currently on display and sale at major accessory stores.
STEALTH is manufactured using Supersprox's unique patented manufacturing process obtained in Europe and the USA. The complex meshing and mating rivets pressed under 50t of pressure make the structure resistant to lateral impact, and the performance is sufficient to meet the demands of even the toughest motorsport stages.
There are two types of sprocket teeth shapes, the standard "U-shape" and the "S-shape", where each tooth is deep enough to engage with the chain without any gaps. This is considered to be the ideal shape to prevent power loss and reduce wear. Supersprox has adopted the S-shape after 60 years of research and development.

Supersprox is not only used as genuine parts by Triumph, KTM, Husqvarna, MAICO, etc., but is also supplied to racing teams around the world including BMW Works in SBK and Yamaha Team YART in the World Endurance Championship, proving its proven ability.
