Harley-Davidson FXDB DYNA STREETBOB Owner Review

Introducing a passionate story of "Fangre" who rides FXDB DYNA STREETBOB, from Webike Community's "My Beloved Moto" campaign.

He shared his review of the K1200R including the advantage and the disadvantage, which he understands well because he is the owner.

Brief self-introduction

Motorcycle history
In 27 years, I've also owned a ZRX1200 DAEG, an Address 110 for commuting and an address 125 for shopping. My everyday enjoyment of motorcycles is mainly touring and I use both DAEG and Harley depending on the touring member.

How long have you been riding this motorcycle?
It's about 6 months old and it hasn't been too long since I bought it. Of course, I can't afford a new Harley and it will be a used one at a motorcycle shop I know.

Motive for purchase
When I went to the Suzuka 8 endurance race once, I test rode a Harley and found it interesting and different from other motorcycles. Of course, I couldn't afford to own two-liter motorcycles, but I was able to buy one after learning about the price. I also bought a new jacket, helmet, and boots to match the Harley. I only go touring once in a while, but the next day my muscles ache a little and I am not getting any younger, but I want to keep riding as long as I can.

Satisfaction

For applications
It's a lot of fun in touring.

For riding
The acceleration is impressive as soon as you get on, as if you are being pushed around from behind.

For appearance
I really like the matte paint and the tank emblem. There are a lot of plated parts that are difficult to maintain. However, I think it is very clean for its age as it was taken good care of by a previous owner. After I bought Harley, I bought the Hanasaka G for the first time, but it is more beautiful than the Pikal.

Dissatisfaction

For applications
It's still heavy and the heat from the exhaust system is unbelievably hot. It's going to get really hot this coming season.

For riding
It can't be helped, but I have to be careful in the curve because it can't be tucked in on the winding road. It is not a motorcycle that you have to lean down to ride, so it is natural. The fascination of Harley is also to ride slowly in the curve.

For appearance
I'm not complaining about it, but as I said in the picture, the gauges are hard to see. I haven't had any major breakdowns yet, but I want to take good care of my Harley because I know it will cost me a lot of money to maintain it.

Summary

It has the best presence, ownership, and attention. It has been equipped with an up-hand handlebar and slip-on silencer since I purchased it. The manager at the shop where I bought it told me to be careful with the steering wheel as I was scared to drive it until I got used to it, but I got used to it quickly. DEGNER's side bag may be standard, but they look great on a Harley. I plan to put in a full exhaust in the future.
