"This customer originally bought this used Kawasaki Zephyr 1100 and did some modifications himself, but the spark plug terminal fell inside the engine and he couldn't get it out, so he came to our store," said Mr. Tsuchiya, the representative of BAGUS! MOTORCYCLE. He said the bike was so beautiful that it was hard to believe it was originally used, and it also had a light and sharp feel to it.

"We couldn't get the terminal without removing the cylinder head, so we decided to open the engine to get it. But if we're going to open it up anyway, why not overhaul it? And if we're going to take the engine out, why not paint the frame and engine exterior? And that's how we got this far. The owner also went to a track event the other day, and I cleaned the wheels, exhaust pipes, and engine in advance," said Tsuchiya. The bike is equipped with GALE SPEED Type-R wheels and Ohlins front and rear suspension. The swingarm is a G-Striker, and the brakes use Brembo calipers. The latest and most necessary components for the Zephyr 1100 have been carefully selected. It should also be noted that this Zephyr 1100 is light when pushed and pulled, a characteristic that is common to all well-built motorcycles. You could say that this customization is a successful result of Bagus' method of listening to the customer's opinions, offering suggestions for parts and work, and then letting the customer choose what they like from there. When a customer finds a store they trust, they'll come back to get more work done. And if that work is done well, the customer will fall more in love with their bike and want to ride it more, then they'll come back to order more work and parts (and have it cleaned), and a cycle will be established. And you can also tell that they are enjoying their Zephyr.

Handle

The meter covers are the same shape as stock, but have been changed to carbon to enhance the overall impression of the machine. Brembo RCS master cylinders are installed on both sides.

The fork offset was also modified with a Bagus steering stem. The amount of trail is secured to accommodate the conversion of the front wheel from 18 to 17 inches.

Bodyworks

The fuel tank and tail cowl were painted in black and silver + wrapping based on the original Fireball pattern.

The seat is a Supreme Seat by TO'S CUSTOM, which provides a great fit and improved ride comfort. These changes to the riding position help improve ride quality and reduce fatigue.

Engine

The engine was overhauled internally and painted matte black on the exterior, beginning with the removal of a foreign object (spark plug terminal) that had entered the engine. The oil pan was changed to a flat type to accommodate the merge collector and the engine mount was also replaced with a machined type.

The carburetor is an FCR φ37mm with DNA filter.

Intake & Exhaust

The 4-1 exhaust system is an all titanium Bagus full exhaust. The silencer is also titanium with a pipe shape, creating a Zephyr style.

Chassis

The engine sliders are by Moriwaki Engineering, and STRIKER was chosen for the rearsets.

The wheels are GALE SPEED Type-R in 3.50-17/5.50-17 sizes replacing the stock 3.00-18/4.50-17. The front forks are OHLINS RWU.

The swingarm is G-STRIKER (black) with a STRIKER SAD Carbon Chain Cover also installed.

The rear shocks are OHLINS and rear Brembo 2-piston calipers are mounted with Bagus supports. The rear fender has also been removed.
