Here is a "KAWASAKI ZEPHYR1100" custom by Webike community user "CustomMindN.m.t.". The owner designs, manufactures, and sells original aluminum machined parts. He has been custom-building and maintaining his 1993 ZEPHYR1100 for over 30 years, doing everything himself at a leisurely pace. One of his friends praised his dedication, saying, "It's amazing that he creates his own machined parts and maintains his bike until he's completely satisfied. This machine, beautiful in every way, is something he should continue to cherish."

The owner takes great pride in several custom parts he has made, including a pivot plate machined from 16mm thick aluminum, a front brake caliper support, and a front fender bracket made using a CNC router, as well as custom light brackets. He also crafted a meter case for installing a PLX Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge and KOSO Oil Temperature and Voltage Gauges, along with a sprocket cover that integrates a chain guard to minimize grease splatter. While not contributing to engine performance, the see-through clutch cover and generator covers on both sides of the engine add a dress-up effect. The owner is proud of the craftsmanship of these one-off parts, which enhance the bike’s aesthetics.

The owner, with such a discerning eye for quality, chose an OVER Racing Clutch Release from the choice of available aftermarket parts to ease clutch operation and further enhance the bike's appearance. The front and rear suspensions have been upgraded to OHLINS, a brand the owner has long admired. The top bridge is a wing type, and since it was converted to a 17-inch setup, the front forks for the ZEPHYR1100 (815mm in length) would cause 15mm of excess protrusion at the top. Disliking this, the owner purchased and installed ones for the XJR1300 (800mm in length). This ZEPHYR1100, dressed in a calm wine-red color, has been further elevated by the owner's original aluminum machined parts, giving it an elegant atmosphere and making it a truly luxurious machine.
